Since ten years I am taking blood pressure medicines for high blood pressure, please hypertension. I have cholesterol problems and a patient of gastrointestis, please my stomach gets distended frequently. Its not advisable to stop telma and atorva type med. In between and your physician would never advise you for that. However if you want herbal med as a supportive therapy, it may be taken and slowly switch to ayurveda mode to have a controlled bp. First of all take tarunikusumakar powder 1 tsp twice a day for a week then 1tsp once for a week then 1 tsp at night every alternate day for two weeks. Take with lukewarm water preferably. Yes even in hot season it is advised to take with lukewarm water for best results. As soon as you start getting relief in stomach related problems, please revert for further advise giving this reference. After info from you, I may advise for ayurvedic antihypertensive suitable to you.

Mix a tsp each of honey and coffee,apply it on dark areas for ten minutes and wash off without soap.use this scrub to give ur dull areas the glow it needs.Avoid scrubbing.Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.Avoid cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin.apply Kojic cream over the dark areas.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. You cannot substitute lunch with any type or amount of fruits. If a regular lunch is not possible you can carry a roti roll, sandwich, idli, dosa, poha, upma, thepla, roti jaggery, egg pav or bhaji pav or milk pav roti curd. Your body needs certain nutrients from real food and in a certain amount. Substituting it with a pill or a single food will affect your health in the long run.

Eat healthy food. Take plenty of fresh fruits and boiled vegetables daily. Drink about 3 liters of water everyday. Musk melon juice is specially beneficial for the skin Use fruit packs externally to get a clear and glowing skin - mash up any one of the fruit - papaya/banana/muskmelon/avocado - take 3 tsp of this paste and add 1 tsp of milk powder to. Apply to the face as a face pack and wash off after 20 minutes. Do this twice a week for best results. Use a neem based face wash or soap to prevent pimples.

Characteristics of migraine headache: •Usually occurs on one side of the head, typically at the front or side •Sometimes it starts on one side, and then spreads all over the head •Often described as throbbing or pulsating •In few individuals headache is preceded by aura, visual disturbances that appear as flashing lights, zig-zag lines or a temporary loss of vision •Other migraine symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, sensitivity to sound, Stuffy nose, Scalp tenderness etc. •It gradually worsens and peaks after 2-12 hours, then gradually eases off. However, it can last from 4 to 72 hours.

Not a big deal my dear. In few communities e. G. Muslims and jews etc. It is a custom to do circumcision (cutting the foreskin) at the age of few days. It is claimed that these people don't get cancer of glans penis (what you called head). Foreskin does not have to do anything with protection. Less sensitive glans is not a problem lest it may increase the timing of sex. No measures have been tried for regaining sensitivity on the planet yet. Need not get tensed. Hope satisfied. Regards.

Dear pinky, welcome to lybrate. Memory and mind power depends mainly on three aspects. Understanding, storage and recollection. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. Statistics show that lifestyle disorders such as diabetes are on the rise, and one of the primary reasons for this is the radical diet change that has happened in the past score. The current diet trends are focused on carbohydrates and unhealthy fats. Fast food has attained prominence because of time constraints; people are now busier and thus prefer food on the go. Maximum of such ‘on the go’ alternatives are packed with unhealthy sugars.

So if you are looking to lose fat, diet is the point where you would want to start. Here is a DIY guide to make that fat disappear:

  1. Eliminate Hidden Sugars: First of all, avoid buying processed food and you won’t require this step. But for some of you, who don’t always have access to home cooked food – there is still hope. If you are buying packaged foods, then read the label very carefully. Avoid foods whose sugar content is more than 5 grams.

  2. Include Complex Carbohydrates: Foods that contain complex carbohydrates are better than foods that contain simple carbohydrates. The reason being that complex carbohydrates are absorbed slowly into the bloodstream, without spiking the blood sugar levels. A piece of advice over here would be to watch the portions.

  3. Eat Fat: Contrary to popular belief, eating fat does not make you fat. Fat is required in the body for many of its functions. The aim is to control the potion size as fat contains higher amount of calories. Fat makes you fuller so that you eat less. Include foods such as almonds and walnuts as they are healthy snacks.

  4. Restrict Fruit Intake: Fruits are good for you as they are a good source of various Vitamins and antioxidants. However, one of the downsides of fruits is that they contain fructose, which is the fruit sugar. Pick fruits that are low on sugar such as watermelon, guava and pear.

  5. Pick healthy when you go out: If you must eat outside, then select dishes low on the carb count. Go for salads without the fat filled dressings; you could ask for a sprinkle of olive oil and some spices.
