Hello, take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

How Homeopathy Helps Prevent Acne?

BHMS, PG Diploma In Clinical Cosmetology (PGDCC) & PGDMT, FAM
Trichologist, Gurgaon

Acne (characterized by the clogging of hair follicles because of the excess oil and the dead skin cells) is one of the most common skin conditions, especially among women and it can bring about a lot of social anxiety as well as self esteem issues in people who suffer from it acutely. Acne may be caused by a host of factors such as lifestyle issues, diet, hormonal problems and heredity. To tackle these issues, homeopathy has some really effective medications which can be used to treat it holistically rather than just on the surface of the skin.

Let’s have a look at these medications.

1. Pulsatilla: A commonly used homeopathic medication, Pulsatilla is a very versatile medication that is used to treat many ailments. It is very effective on young girls who have just hit puberty and are suffering from acne breakouts. Pulsatilla is very effective in treating acne triggered by irregular and infrequent periods. Many girls who complained of acne breakouts just before the start of menstrual flow stated that they were greatly benefitted by the use of Pulsatilla.

2. Dulcamara: Many women and even some men complain about acne breakouts especially during season change. This happens when the hotter season changes in to the colder season or even the other way around. Dulcamara is a great medication to handle these break-outs during the change of seasons.

3. Silica: This is a medication made from sand or silica and is very effective in treating cases of pus within the acne. Silica is very effective in countering acne caused due to irregularities in the immune system. This medication is effective if the person is of a thin and slim build and is quite sensitive to cold air or water.

4. Natrum Muriaticum: If your acne is caused by hormonal discrepancies caused by conditions such as PCOD (enlarged ovaries marked by the formation of tiny cysts), or other reproductive organ disturbances, then Natrum Muriaticum is the best medication to treat your acne. This is also very effective in treating acne in both young boys and girls who are suffering due to hormonal changes within the body. It can also help curb excessive oil secretion on your skin to control acne.

5. Calcaria Sulphuricum: Sulphur related medications are another common treatment option for acne, although they have to be mixed and matched with other ingredients to properly target the causes. Sulphur also has great effectiveness on acne with pus formation. Ideal patients who should be administered Calcaria Sulphuricum may exhibit intolerance towards heat and would generally like to be in the cold. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

I am 23 years old male. I have a still smooth face and facial hair (beard and moustache) hasn't grown yet. I request you to support me in growing thick hairy beard just like all other men of my age.

Need to see your images to assess properly. Beard Transplant is the best and safe option to grow and sport a full beard look. Other topical lotions and serums do not give desired results to fix patchy beard as they do not give new follicles that a transplant can give. Beard transplant is a common procedure performed in affordable price. People face lack of facial hair or hair patchiness because of scarring or due to some genetic problem. Here in Enhance Clinics, we use the technique of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) for the transplantation of facial hair. It is a minimally invasive method in which the density of the beard is restored on different parts of your face. The duration of this procedure varies from three to nine hours, as per the area being treated. For the hair transplantation of beard and moustache, we take hair from a “stable zone area” which is at the side or back portion of your head. It is the donor area for the moustache, sideburns, or beard. For the transplant, finer hair is required. If the patient is facing hair loss, then body hair from the chest can also be used as an option. Hair follicles are taken out with the use of punches. It is done under local anesthesia and thus is painless procedure. Special attention is given to extract the hair and transplant them one at a time. The hair are placed at an angle to give an absolutely natural look and full beard that you always desired. The advantage of FUE technique is that you are comfortable during and post procedure and can join your routine office work the very next day. More and more people are opting for this option. All our patients are happy with the results. You can contact and consult with me at Enhance Clinics, Mumbai.

Mere hair bahut patle or dry hai. Hair do muhe Bhi hain or hairs ki growth ni hoti hai. please suggest.
Homoeopathic treatment HAIR SERUM ( WOLFE DIETRI) Apply on hairs 2 hour before bath twice a week JABORANDI OIL ( WHEEZAL) Apply twice weekly esp. in the hair roots ,leave overnight and wash with a good shampoo Report after 2 months Castor oil: • helps with hair regrowth and hair loss, • makes the hair richer and darker, • prevents split ends, • treats dandruff and dry scalp, • moisturizes the hair and makes it shine, • works in an antifungal and antibacterial way and can prevent problems such as ringworm, and folliculitis. How to apply castor oil It’s best to use castor oil as a hair mask. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to regrow hair or give it more moist and shine. 1. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. 2. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

Hi, I'm suffering from severe hair fall, it led to alopecia. There are around 6-7 patches noticed one month back. Doctor recommended Sternon lotion, morr 3% (minoxidil topical solution). I've been using since two weeks. I've observed pitted finger nails since alopecia started. Can you please advise if this the right medicine because there's no hair growth on those patches? How much time approximately it'll take for regrowth? Thank you.

Hello. The scars and the pigmentation on the face are treatable. It's better to get it examined first so that we can identify the type of skin, scars and if they are hyper pigmented, atrophic or ice pick scars. The treatment are of various kind like ranging from simple scrubs and mild peels for the face to the major interventions such as laser therapy, dermaroller, subcision or peeling. These depend on the type of the scars and which kind you opt for. You can consult me online or text me with pictures for further details.
