I'm so hungry and not feel well I'm so pimple problem and pls solve my problem and stomach problems.
These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

She will have to wait patiently and see if her next periods come on time. If it is delayed by more than 1 week please do a urine pregnancy test.

1.Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg. It isn't easy to change your eating habits, but with these tips, you can adopt a healthy diet: • Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can shed surprising light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why. • Consider boosting potassium. Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The best source of potassium is food, such as fruits and vegetables, rather than supplements. Talk to your doctor about the potassium level that's best for you. • Be a smart shopper. Read food labels when you shop and stick to your healthy-eating plan when you're dining out, too. 2. Reduce sodium in your diet Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 mm Hg. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams (mg) a day or less. However, a lower sodium intake — 1,500 mg a day or less — is appropriate for people with greater salt sensitivity, including: Anyone age 51 or older Anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips: • Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy. • Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing. • Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food. • Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate will adjust over time. 3. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink Alcohol can be both good and bad for your health. In small amounts, it can potentially lower your blood pressure by 2 to 4 mm Hg. But that protective effect is lost if you drink too much alcohol — generally more than one drink a day for women and for men older than age 65, or more than two a day for men age 65 and younger. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, five ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. Drinking more than moderate amounts of alcohol can actually raise blood pressure by several points. It can also reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medications.

I have fungal infection near genital. Which medicines should I take? Is fluconazole and dermikem oc + good for this? What should be the dose?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Delhi
Hello lybrate-user Fungal Infection at groin area can be either Dermatophytic infection (Tinea Cruris) or Yeast Infection (Candidiasis). There are other skin diseases too that may happen at or around groin region. You need to be examined by a qualified MD/DNB/DVD dermatologist to reach a diagnosis. Treatment of any disease depends on diagnosis. In Dermatology, diagnosis can be made confidently only after careful visual examination of the disease. Moreover, the medications you mention should never be used without a qualified Dermatologist's prescription. Fluconazole is a Schedule H drug and is an antifungal agent. It may or may not be suitable for you depending on the type of skin disease you have. The cream that you mention contains a combination of different agents including a highly potent topical steroid. A qualified dermatologist in right mind would never prescribe this cream for any skin disease whatsoever, leave alone for any sort of fungal infection. Actually, these type of combination creams should not exist at all as they cause only irreversible damage to patients. We, Dermatologist fraternity are working hard for banning them. You could search about 'topical steroid abuse' and see videos pertaining to the same. Anyways, the best that you could do is present to a qualified Dermatologist near you for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of your condition.

Hi doctor, my full body in heavy pain and how to save from fever and yoga. Please advise.

MBBS, MD - Community Medicine
General Physician, Jaipur
Hi doctor, my full body in heavy pain and how to save from fever and yoga. Please advise.
Hi, your body pain is due to fever you are suffering from. Fever may be simple/ self-limiting viral infection, or it may a symptom some serious illness like typhoid/ malaria/ dengue/ tb or many more like that. It is decided by symptoms provided by you, and a battery of investigations. But short term fever is most likely viral fever. Therefore, follow the advice and consult doctor with detail symptoms. 1. Take rest for 1-2 days. Wear light and cotton cloths, it helps in cooling of body. 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg (as and when required; after food) for fever (more than 99 f) for 3 days. Maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hours can be taken in a day. 3. If fever persists, do cold sponging (with cold water even ice water if needed) to lower down temperature. 4. Drink plenty of fluids. 5. Take adequate rest and proper sleep. Going to work, working out may just make you feel worse as the extra action adds stress to your body. Inadequate sleep decreases immunity of body, which causes worsening of illness. 6. Take proper diet preferably homemade like dalia, khichdi, rice, dahl, chapatti, vegetable soups or steamed veggies. 7. This is season of dengue, therefore, if you have high grade fever, and body ache, then have platelet count from nearby laboratory.
