Try and eat high protein first 50 to 100th gms. Eat slow eat salad first then dale then veg avoid fats fried take plenty of methi karela saragwa kankora. Eat small feeds at frequent intervals. In between only salad lemon lassi light minus cream no aerated drinks colas.

Hello, 1.You can Apply Volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2.Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for LEG PAIN 1. generalized weakness 2. 1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Causes of headaches may include fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverages, and dental or sinus issues. This can trigger your headache: foods : spices, wine , chocolate, citrus •food additives •sleep : both too much and too little •stress : mainly offset Home remedies: •Stay Hydrated •Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. •Menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches. •Peppermint contains menthol that helps open up clogged blood vessels that cause headaches. It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Plus, it has calming and analgesic effects.•Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil can be of great help in relieving tension headaches. Research suggests that it can also help improve migraine symptoms. •The cold from ice helps reduce inflammation that contributes to headaches. Next day partners HIV test done at govt hospital and reports negative. Then after 25 days I have tested HIV at govt hospital and reports negative. Yes there may be a problem with your stomach. For that you have to stop smoking if at all you are in this habit stop tobacco and other products eat easily digestive diet, fruits and vegetables and plenty of water. Warm milk before going to bed. Eat aloe vera pulp in morning and two glass of water early morning on wake up and go for a walk and do exercises. And take cap becosule twice a day for a week. You will be fine.

Yes you can and Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Masturbation is a very common behaviour, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Most people continue to masturbate in adulthood, and many do so throughout their lives. In addition to feeling good, masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. It also is necessary when a man must give a semen sample for fertility testing or for sperm donation. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Mr Bisma, For a person with diabetes a balanced diet is to be given, which should provide exact calories based on his ideal body weight (IBW), blood sugar levels and extent of physical activity. He should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also should refrain from alcohol and smoking.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis.
