The act of procreation is both important and enjoyable, but according to several recent studies, it also has quite a few health benefits. These are 12 reasons why you should be having sexual relations on a more regular basis.

1. Orgasms increase the blood flow to the whole brain, making it a better mental exercise than a crossword puzzle.

2. Intercourse causes the brain to release a steroid called DHEA – a main contributor to staying young. Couples who engage in sexual activities 3 times a week look 10 years younger on average.

3. Intercourse can help relieve period symptoms, thanks to the muscle contractions that occur during an orgasm. Furthermore, researchers from Columbia and Stanford found that women who have relations at least once a week enjoy more predictable cycles.

4. According to Women’s Health Magazine, vaginal stimulation can relieve chronic back pains, leg pains, headaches and migraines.

Finger Painyour finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. backache Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening.
