I am 73 years old and having arthritis problem and could not walk fast. Please suggest a remedy. I have also sugar problem which is on the borderline with 156 pp and you can also suggest medicines for that also.

Reckeweg) for arthritiss. 5 dropss in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily homoeopathic treatment for sugar diabonil (sbl) 20 drops in 20 mlfresh water 15 minutes before meal uranium nitricum 1x (wilmar schawe india) 2 tab twice daily direct in mouth nd chew eat little at a time every 2-3 hourly. Don? t eat too much at a time brisk morning walk for 30 minutes regularily dinner 2 hours before goin to sleep 10 minutes evening walk after dinner avoid sweets, mango, grapes, colddrinks in particular.

U should avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights. Do back and core strengthenin exercise as recommended by a good physiotherapist. Take a diet rich in calcium and vitamin d. Hope this helps.

In order to avoid deficiencies in either of these important vitamins, eat a well-balanced diet and choose from a variety of foods. Aim to get 20 to 30 minutes of sunlight three or four times a week, which helps your body produce adequate vitamin D in summer months. In the winter, consider supplementing your diet with vitamin D in pill form. Vitamin B12 sources for vegans and vegetarians include vitamin supplements and nutritional yeast.

Homoeopathic medicine-- adel-39 drops (adel) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily----------- magnesia phos 6x (adel) chew 4 tab every 2-3 hrly till pains subside---------- take a calcium rich diet constituting milk and its products and 1 egg daily.----taking fish oil capsules is also beneficial in your case.
