I am 21 yrs female suffering from painful urination since 6 months. There is no other effects like fever and abdominal pain. It occurs continuously everyday when I stop intaking of water for a while also. I have to drink more and more water for every 10 minutes if not painful urination occurs. Please suggest some solution.

You might be having urinary tract infection. You need to do urine examination for r/m/e along with blood glucose. Drink plenty of water daily. Wash your genitalia every time after urinating. Never hold your urge to urinate, as soon you feel to urinate - do it. Cranberry juice is helpful. Maintain hygiene and clean sanitation practises. Hope that solve your query.

Need to know the reason. Go for a check up by orthopedecian. This will help to diagnose problem and a good treatment protocol. For time being you can use hot water bottle fermentation for pain relief at least for 15 to 20 min.

yes it can. first you need to see a doctor to determine whether bp is primary cause or secondary to stress and anxiety. medication should be taken to eliminate primary cause. There are no dangers if its anxiety and stress but you need to start medication immediately. consult for any guidance.

My mother 68 years old ,fallen from 3 feet height chair, had ortho consultation confirmed that no fracture ,but severe injury ,advised to take bed rest for 10 days ,prescribed only NSAID, also advice for hot fermentation. Please take rhus tox 6 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Continue treatment.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

DEAR Lybrate user. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things . 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 5 gm of ajwain seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. -

I have a student and my hight 162.5cm only so please give me some tips for grouting my hight.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Stop using synthetic detergent based shampoos or soaps. Use herbal shampoo of Nidco or Ramdev shampoo. Take amalaki rasyana, 3 tabs, 3 times a day with warm water. Take hairtonz capsules (Vasistha's pharma), 1 capsules, 3 times a day. continue for 3 months . good luck

Mr. lybrate-user, It is difficult give a specific reason for the complaints mentioned, because fatigue and aching in feet can be due to many reasons like certain vitamin deficiency, calcium deficiency, anemia, conditions like diabetes, neuropathy etc. To find out specific cause one may have to go through a number of investigations. There is no mention about weight, height, whether exercising regularly, presence of any diseases like diabetes or hypothyroidism. It may be necessary to get Vitamin D, Calcium, B12 levels. Plus tests to check if there is hypothyroidism and diabetes. Thanks.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
