Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help for your mother. Hormonal changes from monthly menstruation can trigger cysts. However, breast cysts are usually benign. Nevertheless, to be on a safer side, I would advise you to get this clinically examined by her ob/ gyn right away and not delay any further. In general, do follow a streamlined diet (preferably mediterranean) and lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. Should she have any pain, she may apply an alternating heat and cold treatment for couple of minutes that may alleviate the same. She needs to stay well hydrated and can take'amla churna' (patanjali) &'bael churna (patanjali- 1/2 tsp each with warm water, preferably before lunch daily for next 1 month. She can also take tomato soup to which fresh herbs like garlic, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, coriander leaves and oregano has been added, once daily. Her ob/ gyn shall be able to advise further on, in particular, once he/ she gets to clinically examine her in person. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,

Dear Rahul, Get a MRI done to pin point the cause and site of pain . Meanwhile go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Hi, what causes not to sleep on daily basis, check whether you take some medication without Dr. Prescription, or any depression, or any physical injuries. You have sleep in same timing like 9 to 10 pm without giving any excuse. Take your supper before 7.30 pm try warm milk before bed, read any solid boring books like history or other subjects, which you feel boring, do deep breathing very slowly for 5 mins, do count from 100 to 1 with full concentration on numbers. Wake up at 5.30 pm. Do 45 mins exercise, never sleep or nap in the afternoon, be positive that you will get sleep. Tell to yourself consciously that you are getting sleep. Do all the above for 21 days with any break. If the above suggestions are not working out, don't sleep for whole night as well as day. You will sure get the sleep on the next day night.

I have a mild bulkiness feel in middle of stomach so ll go for a ultrasound & lipase blood test & diagnosis a fatty pancreas problem & lipase increased 235.5 n. I am not taking any medicine only isadiet powder is taking before meal. > 2nd now since yesterday start cervical pain in neck n head n eyes feeling bulky. Kindly advice separately treatment.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly the most common mistake people make is taking up a single remedy that is convenient to them and depending on that in isolation for a cure to any health issues. If you do not have a right diet routine and if you are not active enough, no remedy will help. Because of wrong eating habits, late eating and long gaps between meals you are bound to develop indigestion, gas and acidity. This is why the lime water is not helping you at all. So, before you take up any singular remedy, know that all over it can be a part of a whole lifestyle approach not a singular remedy in itself.

Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

Right side of abdomen has liver on upper area. Get an ultrasound of abdomen done. Regarding your heart pain, remember that every pain on left side of chest need not be due to heart. You are a growing up teenager at 18 and slightly overweight also. Eat a healthy diet with lots of simple proteins like toned milk, less fats and more seasonal fruits and vegetables. Get checked for basics like blood for sugar and total lipids, ecg & halter test. Get back here with reports.
