Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Go For A Five Meal Daily Plan. It is ideal for you to eat small quantities of nutritious food regularly to reduce your weight. It is ideal for you to include at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise every day to see visible differences in weight. •Have a breakfast by 8: 30 am in the morning and limit it to 250 to 300 calories. •Have a handful of nuts as a mid morning snack at 10: 30 am •Have your lunch at 12.45 pm and make sure it is only a diet full of veggies and fruits. •At 2: 30 pm have your afternoon snack that could be carrot sticks or apple with low fat peanut butter? •At 6 pm have the last meal of the day that includes a cup of vegetables before the meal? Then drink water and follow it with a cup of rice and lean meat.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Hi, I am Samiksha, age 28 and mother of two daughters. After my first child was born, I left my job and became a full time mother. Before that I worked as Legal Manager in Thompson Routers. I feel easily frustrated, depressed, my BP and sugar level goes down, unable to control my anger and thousand other bad things happening with me which in contrary ruining my Marriage. Since past 7 year, I have been suffering from thyroid mal function. Many times due to depression, I had suicidal thoughts but then I feel bad for my small kids. My husband is also a independent Lawyer. I stay at home alone for whole week with my kids and no one talking and sharing my feelings. I keep thinking all crazy and junk. My husband feel I m reason for every bad things happening. I lost my job, career, hopes, patience and peace of mind. I want to make my self happy so that I can make my love ones happy. PLease help.

Wow, that is a whole lot of complications for one person, in one lifetime and with no resolution at the end. I am glad that you gave up on the suicide idea, but not for the reasons you mention. You need to first live for yourself and then the others i.E. You daughters and husband will benefit. Your husband?s assessment is not at all justified. There is no such thing. However, you must look at your life and see, is God a significant part of it? I don?t hear that at all. You must turn to God in all these times of good and bad. ?When God is for you, who can be against you, very true and sensible. Please do cultivate your spiritual wellbeing and you will see some wonderful affects in your life. Then you need to take life into your own hands and make things happen too. Perhaps you are not made to be a mom-at-home kind of person. If the kids are old enough, get them some nanny-care and get out into the vast world full of opportunities. You will make good in the field out there with your background. Do also take charge of your wellness: exercise, eat and sleep well, spend time in the sun every day, meet people, do something productive with your time, work at improving your married life, and bring back your hope, love, peace of mind and activate your career. Things do not happen to us, we do things to attract them to us. If you are positive, you will find positive things happen to you. As you think, so are you. Change your thoughts and you will change who you are. It is as simple as that. Your husband will not find labels and accusations to throw at you. If you let things be as they are, it will become overwhelming and everything can be lost. You end your plea rather beautifully and correctly: I want to make myself happy so that I can make my loved ones happy. Now go out there and do it. Keep me posted with all good developments.

You can use jojoba oil,almond oil,grapeseed oil.These oil have anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties that will repair your skin's collagen.You can use olive oil.It has anti inflammatory properties.You can use honey to your tea as honey acts as anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory so it can boost your immune system.In this purpose you can take yogurt.You can apply honey and yogurt on skin and after 15 minutes rinse it off.It works as good moisturizer.Drink lots of water to stay hydrated always.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

Dear ty the tips they can help:: 1.Try jumping n running early morning. 2.Practice yoga daily..talasana,trikonasana, hastpadasna,charkrasana ,suryanamaskar daily 10 min per asana. 3.Eat proteinious diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg.... 3.Have 1 ltr of milk daily.... 4.Take 1 tab ashwgandha twice daily with milk with meals

You should go for walk and do exercise, drink water more. Include healthy food in your diet don't used junk food. You consumed protein rich food like soyabean milk and milk products, egg, sattu with milk, and combination cereals and pulses.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Before taking meal you can walk for sometime as it help to you feel hungrier. Thanks...
