Causes And Treatment Of Foot Pain!

Causes And Treatment Of Foot Pain!

Our body is a mechanical wonder and and it is truly amazing how each part, from head to toe, has its own role to play. Our feet has one of the most complex mechanisms in the body. The way it works works is just so intricate and fascinating! But, due to being so complex, there are a lot of things which have the potential to go wrong and cause a foot to begin to pain.

Taking into account the various troubles the foot can have, does it not make sense to learn what some of the causes are?

  • Sprains and strains are just so common when it comes to the causes of foot pain. That being said, there are quite a lot of people who do not really know how to tell the difference, exactly, between an injury such as this and something which is more serious. This is what causes a lot of terrible injuries to go untreated for quite some time, leading to them getting progressively worse.
  • While the name of the condition may be difficult, plantar fasciitis is the fancy name for a swelling up of a certain ligament and too much pressure is the reason behind it. The ligament is the one which is responsible for connecting the heel bone to the toes. When it comes to what is to be done in order to treat this sort of condition, the most important thing is to make sure the foot is rested to a sufficient extent. After all, it is too much use which got the injury to occur in the first place, right?
  • In addition to this, heel and foot stretches are of high importance and if the pain is very bad, pain relief medicines are to be taken, but a person should make sure that he or she does not become too reliant on these sort of medicines.
  • A stone bruise is something, which need not take place due to a stone, but the term does quite a good job of explaining why such an injury occurs in the first place. If a hard object is stepped on, it can cause an injury to the heel or to the ball of the foot. Again, in a case like this, it is important to rest the area. Also, applying ice to it will help it go away sooner than it normally would have.
  • A heel fracture may have similar causes to a stone bruise, but is more intense. Serious medical attention is required as it may not only break the heel but also cause related damage. A wheelchair or crutches are the way to go and a cast is required in most cases. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a physiotherapist.

Dear patient, you are 20 years of age but still you don't have beard. Don't shy to tell your symptoms to your doctors. All the records of yours will be maintained confidential. I will give you some of the tips below to get rid of your problem. Dear patient, delayed development of beard and mustache are due to less production of testosterone hormone. If testosterone hormone doesn't grow timely then there will be delayed appearance of beard and mustache. With the help of homeopathic medicine it's possible to regulate the production of testosterone. The trichorootact lotion is to be used on face and trichoactive medicines is to be consumed to stimulate production of normal beard and mustache. Take care.

Experiencing pain in and around the waist area extending upto the thigh and calf muscles.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Experiencing pain in and around the waist area extending upto the thigh and calf muscles.
Injuries inflicted to the upper hip or waist area can cause pain and are possible symptoms of a dislocation or fracture of the hip, an inguinal hernia, a sprain or strain, pinched nerves, or tendinitis. Patients with a herniated disk, spinal stenosis, types of bone cancer and leukemia may also experience pain in the waist and upper hip area. Forms of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis situated near the waist and upper hip, can be a common culprit of discomfort. Pain that stems from the abdominal or waist region and travels to the hip area could be caused by minor digestive problems or pulled muscles. In more severe cases, this pain could be a symptom of appendicitis, irritable bowel syndrome, lead poisoning, intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, pelvic inflammatory disease or sickle cell anemia. High levels of ketones in the blood could also contribute to upper hip or waist area pain.

She had joint pain. Frm last 10 year. May be suffering from arthritis. And always leg become swollen.

MSc in Orhopedic Physiotherapy (UK), BPTh/BPT

She had joint pain. Frm last 10 year. May be suffering from arthritis. And always leg become swollen.
Try some remedies for joint pain: -ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (ot) may provide temporary splints for you. -pace yourself: overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -take regular graded exercise: graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -mobilising, stretching and strengthening: your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. Best wishes.
