To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Do not guess but try to carry out the use. Banana and milk helps. But there are better options and'brunghan' group of herbs for your purpose.

Hello Doctor, my daughter is 5 and half months old, on 19th she will start her 6th month. My baby is suffering from loose motion and vomiting. When ever she drinks milk she starts motion and after finishing her milk she starts vomiting like curd. Medicine which I give her for vomiting and loose motion are ONDEM, oral solution and VIZYLAC, dry powder. We give our baby cows milk. She becomes well for a while and again starts motion. What to do doctor, is there any best home remedy. Please reply.

Weight gain is best parameter to assess such problems. These phenomon may be normal rather problems or disease and require no medicines. If her wt is about 7 kg, no need to worry. Self medication may be harmful. You may consult doctor.

I am , 56 yrs. Old. I was at a senior level in a big corporate earning 1 lac. I was growing very fast. I was also like a technical adviser unofficially. I left, because of the wrong skit played by people. And based on that report MD asked. I didn't answer, Instead I submitted my resignation (after 22 yrs) from that, I lost everything. Hello ~ It seems to me that your problem with depression has been a long term event since you seem to blame yourself for the issues that you are facing. Yes, it may be true that you should have done things differently, however past is past and you need to start thinking about today and plan for tomorrow. Self care is also equally important to be able to feel good in addition to putting a full stop to the self blame and guilt that you are going through. You should also start counting the positive things in your life and also start functioning on a daily basis. Medications along with counseling may help deal with the depression that you are going through and it is strongly recommended. Take care and have a lovely day!

Persistant stomach pain needs to be evaluated. Take antispasmodic medicine if intolerable pain. Eat soft diet. Take curd, buttermilk. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.

Use any good sunscreen lotion at the time of work and regularly use any good calamine preparation for long time as home remedy, use rice powder mix with coconut water at bed time local application for crack foots.

How can I loss my weight I have around 81 kg.
You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Wash your face 3-4 times with gentle soap avoid spicy & oily food items drink plenty of water daily cold sponging your face 3-4 times daily don't prick/squeeze your pimples, it may leave scar.

Pulse rate is high and seems to be due to severe anxiety along with medication I advise you to do meditation from any spiritual organization like brahma kumaris, these organization provide their services free of cost better to concentrate in some extracurricular activities like music/sports/ yoga/ meditation etc and also you need counselling.

So its high time now that you start working towards it. Never skip meals eat only at home drink enough water avoid fizzy drinks junk and processed food exercise is a must. You can do yoga, walking, swimming for an hour include fiber rich foods-green leafy, fruits, salads.

You might not be eating the right kind of food that is why the level of fitness is low. You also have to exercise to keep fit. Your diet should comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack inbetween. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly,

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2.
