In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Memory and mind power depends on three aspects. Understanding, retention and recollection. Recollection is easy if your retention is proper and flawless. Retention is possible when you are able understand what you read or learn. To understand you should have concentration. Concentration comes from effective learning techniques based on creative and active learning. Physical exercise, outdoor games, entertainment, socializing coupled with systematic learning improves your memory and mind power. Vegetables, fruits and nuts are perfect for memory. Brain games like sudoku and jigsaw puzzles helps too. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Celery, Coconut Oil, Dark Chocolate etc are good for improving concentration and memory. I suggest online education counseling. Take care.

You have a problem provoked by your hormones, which is undergoing some readjustment. I suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. Dear, tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like nicotine replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. But still you will need will power. The problem started with throat infection and pressure in head. The pressure starts from neck and with in a few hours it covers entire head. Your headache seems to be related to stress. You should include a healthy fibre rich diet, plenty of water, adequate rest and some leisure activities in your schedule. One most important thing that you need is fresh air, exercise, or at least breathing exercises. If you can start doing this, there is a very high probability that you will be relieved of your headache. In addition, consult a psychologist to help you resolve any emotional or psychological reasons that maybe bothering you. Lifestyle changes are a must.

Basically you should develop interest in yourself to improve and shine in Life. You have to be self luminous, that is genious, no exernal force is necessary for this. However guidance is necessary. Prioritize/ concentrate on important thing -studies/ play/food/ sleep/ sociaizing. Then your mental and Physical helth is maintained and will support you to remember bettter, Nothing else is required, Remeber even a rank student is not sure if he passes or fails the exams. So you be thorough. Spend time with family discuss with your teachers and parents and friends and share your knowlege to improve subjects, Write always points in a log book and read repeatedly everyday everthing say PCBMHE E K etc. Or professional course. Be thorough. Start from day one. If not also dont panic. Concentrate and jot down what your teachers teach so that you will concentrate on every sentence the teacher speaks till the end and it will have many references. You be quick. Dont think Negative.
