It s again situational anxiety. There are medications to reduce this which can be taken 2-3 hours before bout.

The development of MS has been associated with: a. an increased presence of antigliadin antibodies typical of gluten intolerance. b. low blood levels of vitamin D. c. low blood levels of antioxidants. d. high intakes of saturated fat so better to avoid high in animal fat or saturated fat Take gluten-free diet, which eliminates all wheat, rye, barley, and triticale foods, take diet rich in antioxidants consult for further guidance

Hi I am 29 years old woman, 4 years back I got married, initially we both were very happy with each others company, after 3 months I got conceived. Since then he started rejecting me. But i'm not able to understand the reason. He never allow me to touch his phone. He has lots of girl friends. Accidentally if I see his phone there will be a chat with his friends, he never talk to me with love and care. I am getting dipressed day by day. He loves his mother. My mom and his mom were childhood friends. I think he married me for the sake of his mother, but what right he has to disturb my life. He will never change but want to live happyly in all conditions.

D/all concern. As I have already discussed the problem of my brother that he is working men n his shift timings are frm 11 am-10 pm. N he is not having time fr any workout n he is also taking medicines fr the past 10 years fr depression n his chemical imbalance is not gud. He is totally vegetarian n fr the last few months he is not at all taking gud diet. He is non alcoholic ,non smoker. Totally vegetarian. He do not even sleep properly .n the medicines he is taking I do not have their names. Pls help n tell something fruitful as he is having vitamin d deficiency ,uric acid is high, cholesterol level is high n his doctor advice him that he is near to heart problem like heart attack. Pls help sir as he is the only earning member .pls do the needful help . Pls advice the diet chart n the precautions fr quick n better recovery pls help. Thanx in anticipation.

Dear lybrate user, it appears that your brother is under lot of stress. But in spite of this he is not taking care of his health and there has to be some reason for this. He may be having certain issues that he is not able to share with anyone. Please take him to a counsellor, who will help him to have a healthy outlet for his unexpressed emotions and the counsellor will help him to think rationally. You, along with your other family members may help him by contributing financially. May be, if you and other family members start earning some money, your brother will be relieved of some stress, because you said, right now, he is the only earning member. See how you all can change your lifestyles to support him. All the best.

Hello Dr. m unable to learn anything I forgot everything my nursing exams are held in oct next month what will I write in my exams m just dieing each N every minute my brain is talking every minute to me even m not able to sleep in night and I feel sleepy in day time whatever I prepare in one month I forget everything m late admission student when I write to practice for my exams I ask myself kya likhna Hai mujhe kuch kuch yaad rehta h bs kya karu kuch samajh ni arha Hai only 20 days are left for my exams and syllabus is lengthy my parents kill me if m fail. Anxiety has a fairly profound effect on your body, and causes a lot of strange and surprising symptoms. One symptom that often surprises people is that anxiety can cause forgetfulness. There are issues related to anxiety that can lead to memory loss and a general inability to remember things, and unfortunately as long as you live with anxiety you put yourself at risk for this forgetfulness to get worse. Causes of Exam Phobia: Unrealistic expectations of parents from their children. Parental pressure that cause greater worry and fear of failure. Excessive pressure and fear of teachers. Inadequate study. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Poor motivation and lack of self esteem. Poor nutrition and sleeping disturbance. Symptoms of Exam Phobia: Symptoms of Exam Phobia can be divided into 3 categories- physiological, cognitive or behavioural and emotional. Only medicines cant cure you completely, this is all stress and worries of life. May be issues of sex/love/future/marriage, you may be having insecurities and fear. Just relax. Ask yourself what bothers you? have a positive self-talk, and learn what are those things you don't like. You need to accept your self and move on. Hello Mr. Iyer, hypertension (high blood pressure) can be controlled by- 1. Balanced diet low in sodium- reduce intake of salt, restrict table salt on salads, drinks, restrict ppc- papad, pickle, chutnies, ketchups. Instead use more tomatoes, lemon, tamarind for the taste factor in food. Increase intake of potassium rich fruits like coconut water to bring down bp immediately. Sweetlime, orange, banana are other choices. 2. Exercise- an hour of cardio activity like walking, jogging, swimming, outdoor games like badminton, tennis which you are engaged in will help. However try to add variations in your activity. 3. Rest- a good night's for 7-8 hrs goes a long wat in controlling bp. 4. De-stress- reduction of stress on the mind and body by doing meditation or yoga atleast 3 times/week will help. All the best.

I usually smoke 9-10 cigarettes per day and sometimes more then 10 cigarettes. I'm tired from this bad habit and now I really really want to quit this bad habit of smoking. I earlier tried Nicotine gums also but I failed. Is there any way to quit smoking from medicines or any other way. Plzz help me doctor I'll be really thankful to you.

Hello lybrate-user, I appreciate that you are trying to make a change and you want to quit smoking. However, there is no medicine that can help and I wouldn't recommend taking pills on the same. An effective way to help quit your smoking would be to work with an addiction specialist as well as with nicotine gum. They will help you with a plan and the discuss the withdrawal symptoms and guide you along the way. Please do not hesitate to go ahead with your plan with the help of a professional.

Its quite normal to feel sad and feel depressed sometimes. Accept the reality. Most of the times people recover normalcy over time as the routine duties resume. So have faith and share your feelings with people who are close to you and get back to regular rhythm slowly.

I will suggest you to respect her decision and talk about it with your friend and move ahead in your life and don't call her for minimum of two weeks and just wait and if she calls than you both can talk about your relationship or else just forget her.

Hello, There are many aspects of depression, the more of them you have the more likely you are to have a clinical depression. Some patients feel severely depressed and suicidal. If you have these feelings you should go to the emergency department immediately. Other things that people with depression can feel are sadness, low energy, lack of motivation, poor sleep, irritability, weight gain or loss, poor self image and sometimes even a lack of touch with reality. The more of these symptoms you have the more likely it is that you have serious depression. Treatments for depression include medications, counseling and exercise. You must get your leg x-rayed to know whether there is a fracture or not. If not it could be some muscle tear or pull. For that apply some rubifacient cream like relaxyl, volini etc. And use some muscle relaxant tablets best wishes.

1. Check your blood for hemoglobin, vitamin d3, b12, calcium. Consult physician with report. 2. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day.

Understand the reasons for this. Make a diary or a journal with entries for everyday. Note down when you feel depressed, anxious or stressed or any other negative emotion that bothers you. State the event that made you feel that way. Note down your thoughts during that experience or phase. Also note the consequences for that - what you did after that and what happened etc. This will help you understand your thoughts and emotions better and would help you understand the reasons for your fluctuating feelings. This will help in future to provide any remedies. No specific solution as of now. If possible consult a clinical psychologist.

Do not worry. Oestrogen levels have nothing to do with your problem. You star exercising and eating feuits good diet. Mood will be alright with ezercise.
