Do cold fomentations and start bending your knees. U can walk but be cautious and ita better to take some support for few days initially.

Use lubrication for penetration. She is not exited as she is scared of pain. Try to talk to her, increase foreplay and use lubrication available in market.

Do regular exercises, avoid sitting for longer hours in one sitting and take muscle relaxant for acute episodes.
