Clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the acne it can lead to scarring and skin infection. Take homeopathic medicine berberis aqua q thrice a day with water

He is having laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. What step he should follow to cure from this. We have already consulted to pulmonologist and medicine specialist. One doctor from Lybrate app told he might b suffering from laryngopharyngeal. Reflux as described symptoms by me.

Refractory patients with objective evidence (reflux monitoring) of ongoing reflux as the cause of symptoms should be considered for alternative therapies, such as visceral pain modulators or laparoscopic antireflux surgery. The surgical approach needs to be tailored for each patient and very carefully considered.

TCA removes the outer layer of your skin and hence the brown spots can remain permanently and it's better not to take this procedure once again.

You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

Instead of only depending on external creams ( creams don't work all the times ) please change your lifestyle. Adapt a healthy lifestyle. The skin change can happen from inside. So do all the right things which are easy and simple to do. What you eat plays a big role in the healing process. Start eating wholesome and healthy balanced diet. Include at least two seasonal vegetables and fruits daily. All the natural foods have lots of fresh nutrients ( proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals, and other essential micro elements etc which help the body and the skin to rejuvenate. Exercise also is important as it helps the circulation of the blood to every part of the body. Sleep properly ( 6-8 hrs of sleep everyday at the regular time ) will help the dark circles to fade. Rest is very important. Lastly relax the mind by doing something creative or doing Yoga ( Including pranayama and meditation) . Worrying excessively will cause the aging more faster. Follow these natural rules and see the change in the long run.

Brown moles are there all over his body, we have consulted so many doctors ,they told like his skin is allergic to sun as his skin tone and type is similar to americans (he is extremely fair) and they also face the same issue when they come here ,affected area-face, hands, legs and too less on upper body part. Doctors advice to do laser when he is 18 or more. Please suggest something and advice if laser guarantees to remove them permanently and it won't appear again.

As you described the condition it looks like freckles. The best is to avoid sun exposure as far as possible. Use good sunscreen with high spf and pa rating. And yes you can go for LASER but it will only improve the freckles that is present. There is no guarantee that it won’t appear again.

Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple, glowing and blemish-free.---------------------------------- homoeopathic treatment aucare complexion drops (wolfe dietri) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily.
