Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hii Looks like it is muscle soreness which is quite common after strenous exercises. It takes 24-72 hrs to resolve. You can apply ice or warm water for pain relief. Tender coconut water will help. Never increase your workout all of a sudden. Progress slowly over weeks. Do proper warm up and stretches before exercise and cool down after exercise to prevent developing soreness. Have sufficient fluids.

Use of stimulant decreases the symptoms to a much good effect and if we don't give stimulant medication there will be more of conduct disorder and progress in disease and for side effects we have to monitor the person and advice them accordingly and spine block injection is effective for six months.
