For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Your many problem lies within you, so you can solve it easily, what it requires is someone who can show the way which leads to solution of your problem. Everyone is unique and everyone has some quality ,you need to recognise that quality after knowing that quality you will start loving yourself ,stop fighting with yourself. For few days forget everything only focus on yourself your liking, your hobby, you can go with your friend somewhere and when you become relax then analyse the problem, At that time you will be able to rule out the reason for your depression and after that if you feel the same and not able to diagnose the problem then you must go for medication along with counselling. In the meantime try few things when you get irritated or angry you can divert your mind some where else ,make any good friend and share your feelings. We can't change the thinking of people around us but we can change our approach. When some thing disturbs you write it on paper, best way is to avoid and involve yourself in some other activity. Take care.

How can I reduce my belly. I have reduced my weight already but I'm not getting my belly reduced.
Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

Wash face with neem face wash than dry than apply neem face pack dry for 30 minuties wash with water dry than take one ice cube end slowly rub on face complitly. Dry it end apply dermacid cream morning end night before going to sleep. Pack use two times in a week rest daily for a month end feedback to me.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. See a Dr. Immediately. If sensation lasts only as long as the cold and hot items are in mouth then it can be corrected with least discomfort, pain and less money. If neglected then root canal or extraction will be the answer.

Diet Tips: You may not eat or drink the following : Alcoholic Drinks. Butter, Margarine. Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies. Candy, Chocolates, Nuts. Creams, Cheese. French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips. Pizza, Snack Foods. Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened). Gravies and Sauces. Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup. Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets. Muffins, Waffles. Soda (Sugar-Sweetened). Cut down on salt and sugar. Eat from a small plate. Do not skip meals ? else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal. Do not eat while you are out of home Do not be tempted by prohibited foods. Keep tempting foods out of sight. Do not eat while reading, watching TV, Video or games, etc. Control your urge to eat excessive. Eat little at dinner. Eat in the same place invariably. Chew your food , never gulp it.
