doctor, I have my teeth colour is now yellow, what cause of this, and white dot on my teeth what can I do?
The white dot is called hypoplastic enamel..that is deficiency in formation of enamel layer on the tooth...and for yellow teeth you can get teeth cleaning done to remove all tartar/deposit from teeth and later teeth bleaching to change the shade of teeth

Change into new crown which matches with your natural tooth. Colour matching has to be proper for good esthesis.

For good health of your gums gently massage your gums with a tooth powder by adding few drops of water in it.
This massage will increase the blood circulation of your gums thereby tightening the gums and leading to better gums health.

I'm feeling salty taste in my mouth since 4 days. Would you tell why this happens and what should I do now.
You may be having gastroesophageal reflux disease or sinusitis infection. The possible causes of a persistent salty taste are dehydration, medications, salivary gland diseases. Be sure to brush your teeth regularly to keep bacteria from building. Improve you hydration. Certain substances like acidic or spicy foods can also aggravate your taste buds.

hii complete absence of saliva is not a normal thing, along with thirst u may face stickiness, difficulty in chewing food and stuff, and even some kind of buring too. later stages definately gonna pose caries problems as well. so, better for now, icrease the water intake, sialogouges, try to wet ur oral cavity every hr,chewng chewng gums may help. keep a healthy chek if ur dietary intake is proper. try for fwe days, if still issue remained concern the nearby clinic asap.

How To Get Rid Of Dental Problems?

1. Bite firmly on the gauze pads covering each extraction site for atleast 30 min to help stop the bleeding
2. Do not rinse vigorously, suck on straws, smoke, drink alcohol or brush teeth next to the extraction site for 48 hours.
