1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Sugar free sweeteners like asparame and sucralose are not harmful if taken in moderate quantity. But I prefer to avoid any of those routinely.

I think that his decision to stop talking to her was a good thing. There is not point reviving an old relationship when she is married. It can only disturb her like it has done now. You have to be gentle and kind in helping her out of this depression if this is the cause. You will also need to love her more passionately, not necessarily for sex, but for the person, she is and give her a lot of attention. If she has met with a doctor for some medication, that alone is not enough. She must also go for counseling and learn how to tackle this situation, and to see how positive this development is, really. In the meantime, take her out for walks and brisk exercise. Meet a spiritual; leader too and let her express her thoughts and feelings. Now there are several options to consider doing: bring home a lot of people as friends, include the relatives also. If you bring her friends home, it will be ideal. She will find it difficult to ignore them or not to be hospital to them. If she was or is working, invite those colleagues too. As she gets comfortable with meeting people, she will gradually get out of her depression. Organize parties, meetings, spiritual talks, get-togethers, functions, and prayer meetings at home, regularly and frequently, to literally bombard her with a social life. This will have a telling effect over time. You have got to be patient, and give her some room. I don’t know the details of her love-life to comment on it but she has to move on and meet people and in particular to rekindle the love in your relationship with her. In the meantime you could get a pet that you know she will like and let her only interact with it. Caring for the pet alone will be a full time task, if she buys into it, fully.

Hi Deep. Its normal for a girl's vagina to get dry after multiple orgasms. If you would still like to have more sex, you could go for lubricating jellies, widely available in market. That should solve the problem.

Eight Warm Up Exercises You Aren't Doing but Totally Should

The point of doing a workout is to put your body through the motions and phases before you hit an intense spot of persistent action before cooling down. This helps in giving your body a well balanced workout. But what many of us do not know is that a good workout schedule will also involve a well paced warm up session with exercises that will warm up the body and its various areas as well as the muscles so that the intensity does not hit the body suddenly and result in some sort of injury or undue fatigue.

So get it right with these eight warm up exercises that you aren't doing, but totally should!

  1. Dynamic: Follow a dynamic routine and mix it up a little with various kinds of movements that will work the different areas of the body. Start with squats and move on to lunges before you do a few skips to warm up!
  2. Jump: Try the jumping rope the next time you hit the gym and watch your heart rate go up just enough to get you all warm and loose and ready for that heavy duty work out. You can start with five minutes of this motion before moving on to your first set.
  3. Dance: Did you know that switching on your favourite music and shuffling your feet before you start to gyrate a little can actually get you in the right frame of mind for a workout? So next time, warm up with a little dancing!
  4. Balance: Warm up with a balancing act or two. Stand on one leg and do deadlifts with a dumbbell. Repeat the same motion for both arms. This helps in imitating the actual workout that you will be indulging in, which helps in warming up the relevant areas.
  5. Stretches: Try doing stretches and jumping jacks for stability and to work your core strength before you hit the gym equipment. This will bring about better blood circulation and help you get your heart ready for the work out.
  6. Swing: Use swinging movements with your arms and legs with circles and marches to help loosen up the muscles.
  7. Walk: Do animal walk with crab walks, frog jumps, bunny hops, inch worm motions and much more to unleash your energy.
  8. Medicine Balls: Grab some medicine balls and do a few moves like the rotational twist, the front body push, the reverse eight and many more to get your body pumped up.

Warming up is an important part of working out, so remember to get your warm up routine right!

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in weight later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem.

If cavity is not hurting you, then filling of cavity the may help you. If cavity is hurting you, then root canal treatment and crown/ laminate will be the best treatment.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five teaspoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form. If interested for full regimen, consult.

Hello lybrate-user, use biotin based supplements. White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common.
