You are having sensitivity issues in your teeth which can be difficult to control at times, for time being use anti sensitivity toothpaste, but I doubt that without adequate diagnosis and treatment by the dentist you will get any relief.

Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. You have to strengthen the knee by doing quadriceps muscle strengthening exercises.

Definitely you are overweight, most of the time harmonal imbalance is the reason, you must do ultrasound of abdomen to rule out pcod. Do yoga and aerobics, follow diet plan under experts guidance. You need panchkarma treatment with medication.

.The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Having a big tummy can lead to lot of health issues like insulin resistance, diabetes, heart problems. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, Proteins like eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil likje ghee, cold pressed til oil, cold pressed, coconut oil, olive oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

For your cure we need diagnosis first. You have answer some questions. Like how it started. When it is more. Which movement increases n which one decrease pain. Like bending forward increases or decrease pain. What is exact site of your pain. Any history of fever in recent past. And one x-ray.

Its quite high. Stop all purine containing food like - animal proteins. Advice: 1) take plenty of water - 3 litre per day. 2) stop red meat, animal organs. May take occasional fishes and rarely chicken. 3) avoid vegetable seeds. Remove seed before cooking. Avoid beans and nuts. Avoid spinach with seeds, avoid musur dal (pals). Soybean protein can be taken. 4) there are medicines to reduce uric acid. Consult your doctor before taking any medicine.

Its leucorrhoea - please note the following: •Eat one or even two ripe bananas on a daily basis •Drink a glass of fresh cranberry juice, preferably without any sugar, once a day •Soak some coriander seeds in water overnight and drink the water, after straining it, on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. •Clean the vaginal area with freshly squeezed lemon juice and water Maintain Hygiene. Wash your undergarments - in dettol water daily.

Hi When the temperature is too low, blood circulation reduces and causes paleness of skin and numbness too. Avoid exposure to cold, keep yourself warm ,do not take tobacco or coffee as nicotine and caffeine decrease blood circulation. Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration. Check your thyroid levels also.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important.
