Use a face wash containing salicylic acid and a gel containing Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% at night whenever you have active acne. Shave less often and let your beard grow a little long. This will allow the hair to grow thicker. It may make your skin feel more itchy and oily initially but eventually you will have thicker hair. Please visit any dermatologist near you to discuss your options in more detail.

Once please contact in person with any homoeopath physician 2 stop all pain medecine imediatly or contact with me once only for taking case history in detailes it is necessary. Send the blood report for a so titration/ esr/ serm uric acid/ r a factor 3. Cimicifuga 200 one drop 8 hourly in a cup of water.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Once you reached your ideal body weight your body will try to maintain it, here you didn't mentioned your height so I don't know you are in your ideal weight or not. Normally through exercise and proper food intake you can maintain your weight in a healthier way. First you have to make a proper plan for your normal day, like according to your convenience set proper timing for your food intake and exercise. Next plan is what you are going to eat and how you are going to do exercise, If there, for a time period avoid the intake of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. At a time if you are taking more calories that will make you fat, eg: with lunch if you are taking soft drinks or juices or with break fast if you are taking tea or coffee, You can have that tea, coffee or juices in between your main meals like mid morning, evening. Maintain 2 to 2.5 hours gap between your each meals including your mid morning and evening snacks. With your each cereal intake include vegetables as a form of curry, subji, salad etc. With your diet don't stick with a particular vegetable and fruits, try to include all different colored vegetables and fruits. Include fruits in mid morning or evening. Start with low grade exercises about 20 min and gradually increase up to one hour. Take at least 3 liter of water. What I said all are general instructions, Customized plan only possible after getting your complete details.

I would suggest you to first consult a psychologist. Regular counselling therapy will help you better manage your emotions. You will also be able to learn to respond in a more mature and positive way to situations which currently triggering anger and sadness. If your psychologist feels that you need to go on medication then she will send you to psychiatrist. Even if you need to start medicine continue your sessions with psychologist. This will help you reduce and eventually stop medicines. Hope this helps wishing you very best.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Its appreciable you doing yoga aasans, just watch your eating pattern and timings you l be able to reduce. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Avoid eating rice at night. Thank you
