The cause of your pain could be multifactorial. It could be due to thyroid problems, vitamin B, D and calcium deficiency, diabetes and so on. Try out some calcium, vitamin B complex and vitamin D supplements. If your condition improves, well and good.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi I am 38 years old male. I am unable to move my right arm from shoulder level since past 8 days. This happened while playing badminton. I have already taken muscle relaxant and pain killers.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise. Don't lift heavy things. Don't play sports. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement also.

I am suffering knee joints pain since last 10 days my uric acid and x rays of knee is ok I am taking two tab cartigen 1500 once daily as per Dr. Advise what is cause?

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

I think you should take care of your work place. You have to see what's your sitting habits and much more. After coming at home you should do some simple exercises. For that you can consult some physiotherapist nereby.

I have middle back pain. The intensity became more after my second delivery. If I continuously stand for more than half an hour pain increases. So I should take rest for 10 mins by resting my back. Can anyone give treatment regarding this.

Thanks for contacting with your health concern 1. As the pain of LBA [low backache] is chronic, ask for: i. Hb%, X-ray LS spine - AP & Lateral (for osteoarthritis, disc prolapse, TB spine, osteoporosis) ii. In females, refer to gynecologist if x-ray is normal to rule out gynaec causes PS. If no improvement refer to Orthopedic surgeon.

The only thing thats going to help you is avoid the two wheeler ride, its a known cause for slip discs and listhesis which cause backaches and frequently severe problems too. Try uisng public transport more frequently. Regarding your backpain, apply hot/cold compresses 3-4 times a day, avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights, try early morning joggings and have a healthy diet,
