Avoid eating spicy, fried, food. Eat slowly to avoid aspiration. By eating there is hypersecretion of mucus in respiratory tract which can cause cough. Nothing to do with liver.

Do follow these basic things.Regular exercise like push up.weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lots of fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Eat fish like tuna and others,egg,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,soy milk,soybean,soy product.Take nuts and seeds.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Drink lots of water and take proper rest.

Hot fomentation. Gentle shoulder stretching. Core strengthening exercises. Gentle neck exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Use cervical pillow.

To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. When I listen any bad news than very different types of thoughts start to be come in my mind like that I am also going to die. It feels me very horrible. It's seems that a heart attack is coming to me. My heart beat start increasing and it seems that there is pressure in my heart. I try to distract my thoughts but I can't. This time it is starting two days ago when I listen a bad news of my friend. He was in ICU. Even I feel hesitation to share this any one. Please help me what is have to do. I am healthy person no any disease I play sports everyday and running also.

Dear lybrate-user, you are physically strong but mentally weak. You have to built up your moral courage. You cannot survive in the society if your are more emotional, more sympathetic. Just as night and day, good and bad news cross our life everyday. You cannot live only in sunlight or only in darkness. Good and bad things come around us. You should control your mind accordingly. I feel no need of any medication at present. DO MEDITATION AND BREATHING Exercises regularly. That will control your mind and help you in a long way. Be casual and superficial in happenings around you. BYE.

Numbness sitting cross legged is common because in that position your nerve gets compressed that is why you feel numb. So you actually require no treatment for this.
