I feel tired while going to work. I'm okay on a holiday. Nowadays I think I have heart palpitations. I'm overweight and I have slight anxiety. Never had panic attacks. Its just a laziness growing inside your body try to go for a morning walk daily feel the beauty of nature and join any yoga center near from you. And whenever you feel anxiety try to breath deep and feel the inhale and exhale of of your breaths do it for 2-5 min. Only it will keep you calm and positive. I think this hearing loss by dust infection when my nose is getting runny that time i'm bowling my nose so my ear inside sound is coming and not hearing properly so tell me the treatment and solution if I take hearing its not used for me so tell me another way solution/medicine please.

Just think that there is some moisture inside your ear which is blocking the sound waves hence hearing problem. Clean your ear passage with ear bud then try to blow dry with hair drier several times a day by keeping drier at lease 6 inches away. You should be alright, or else get back to me for prescription medication.

You have infection as well as nasal blockage. You need to see an ent specilist urgently. Get nasal endoscopy done and get treated accordingly.

She is probably having arthritis of knee. If problem is severe, then get her standing xrays of knee done. Avoid sitting cross legged, avoid squatting position, avoid climbing stairs.

Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci. Styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally. Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes. There is good Medicine in homeopath for recurrent stye & chalazian called pulsatilla & silicea so you should consult good homeopath also.

red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache.

from reports it seems to be a picture of hyperthyroidism....i need to have details of your symptoms first like palpitations..loose stools..tremors.. etc before starting your medications....till then just consume non-iodized salt in your diet instead of iodized one

I am 61 year old type-2 diabetic. My fasting always remains high. My latest glucose fasting is 144, glucose PP is 145 and HbA1C is 7.3 with ayurvedic medicines and physical exercises. Do I need more medicines to bring down my glucose fasting? I understand that a random measurement of up to 180 is considered as pre-diabetic.

Fasting 144 and HbA1c 7.3 suggests established diabetes. At present you can start 20 min walk after dinner which might help in controlling fasting. Later on you may need to start metformin. Please consult any diabetologist before starting medication.

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. This may be due to viral infection or viral fever do warm saline gargle regularly. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. I am 21 years old male I am not able to walk for long time my legs feel very tired while walking I won't be able to walk for even 100 metres I am suffering from this issue from 3, 4 days. I had also used an ointment but that isn't even working. So, prefer me something beneficial.

Dip you legs in warm water everyday and massage you legs with warm oil. If you are not in a habit of walking too much, then I would advise you to slowly increase the time of walking. On a safer side, get your thyroid and insulin levels checked.

It's normal since it has accumulated for 7- 8hrs overnight. But half and hour would be too much. So observe next time.
