Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I am 34 years old. My height is 5 ft9 in, and weigh is 81 KGS. I starred gym workout for loss weight and turned my body shape. I use to smoke 8 to 10 cigarettes in a day. I am married. Now the problem is I want to increase my stamina, I get tried just in ½hr to ¾ hr. What should I do? Pls help.

Hello! I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, dal & products, different type of millet etc. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable. You can contact me on personal massage for diet plan.

Hello, Go for a walk in the  morning/evening for 40 mnts. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Go for meditation to reduce your stress eliminating fats cells. Avoid, lift  in your office to go upstairs. Go for aerobics, cycling,  jogging, Swimming to reduce your weight. Tk,  apples,  carrots, Papaya, spinach,  milk (toned). Your diet be simple,  easily digestible to check  gastric disorder  consuming 1300-1600 calories: Tk,  Oats, green tea without sugar in breakfast. Tk foha, 2 breads, yogurt, green vegetables, pulses, paneer & salads in lunch. Green tea, 2 biscuits at  4.00 pm, evening. 2 breads,  pulses,  yougurt, in dinner. Tk Homoeopathic medicines: @.phyto Berry Q-10. Drops. Thrice with little water. Avoid,  junk food,  alcohol,  caffiene, nicotine, watching TV & sitting on computer in late night. . Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose belly fat.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Hi good to know that you are keen on losing the excess body weight. But your description about your condition is incomplete in many aspects including any tests done and any medicines you are already taking. Just saying I want to reduce my fat cannot help a dietitian give you a scientific advice. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss.

Dear excessive weight gain ocurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.
