Hi lybrate-user The object of a keto diet is to force your body to get into and stay in a glycogen deprived state and maintain a mild state of ketosis (burning fats for energy. On a carb based diet, carbs are converted into glucose and this is what the body will use for its primary fuel source. Only if traditional methods like a healthy diet and exercise hVe failed to give you results then go in for keto. You can follow it Anywhere from 2 – 7 days, depending on your body type, activity levels, and what you're eating. The fastest way to get into ketosis is to exercise on an empty stomach, restrict your carbohydrate intake to 20g or less per day, and be vigilant with your water intake. First try regular balanced healthy and nutritious diet with exercise for a period of 2-3 months. If they fail then go in for keto for max 1 week as a plateau breaker. I would still put this in a fad diet category. TKe the help of a professional nutritionist and trainer to guide you further.

Hello, Slim tummy is achievable with overall diet modifications. Ensure you have proper breakfast. Exercise for an hour daily and drinks lots of water. Include beverages like buttermilk, coconut water, green tea nad cofee, infused water to keep appetite under control. Use minimum salt, sugar,oil in the diet. No bakery products at all.

She needs to see a doctor and get a few blood tests done as there are many causes of weight gain. Overeating, lack of exercise, hormonal problems like thyroid disorder/ cushing's syndrome/ diabetes to name a few. So seeing a doctor for face to face consultation and actually checking her weight, height and blood pressure amongst other things is required.

If you’re overweight Exercise exercising your arms, legs, and abs, for example, also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring Quit smoking. smoking irritates the membranes in the nose and throat which can block the airways and cause snoring. Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a healthy bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position.
