You can go for de-worming therapy by taking Tab. Albendazole 400 mg single dose orally. Chew the tablet in mouth and then swallow with water.

Fever with rash. No definitive treatment. Supportive treatment consists of: Antipyretic (Paracetamol) and fluid maintenance.

You might be suffering from fungal infection of nail. Go for nail culture and sensitivity and KOH mount. Start antifungal treatment accordingly.
