Hey, back pain can be due to wrong posture (occupational) or stiffness in your back or lack of strength. What you should do is start doing stretches and strengthening exercise for your back. Take ift sessions from nearby physiotherapist and start exercising on regular basis. Understand ergonomics from physiotherapist.

Hi it is due to muscle weakness. Your muscles are not able to hold joint at right position. Learn strengthening exercise by physiotherapist. Best wishes.

Start wearing those shoes which have arch support like sports shoes. Take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Atleast twice a day. If you need any further assistance please let me know. Thank you.

I m 22 year old girl and I have back ache from back to right hand and in both legs also due to leg pain some time im not able to walk. A different sound of bones always come from legs when I m sleeping or put up my legs and hands and my weight is only 36 kg and my weight is always go less from 3 years its not increases. Weak eyesight has multiple factors associated with it. To enumerate a few: (1) refractive error- change of the power of glasses is the commonest cause of weak eyesight. In fact, if you have not used glasses previously, it might be possible that you might need to use them now. (2) age related changes in the lens of the eye-this is generally known as cataract. This is present in varying proportions in a majority of population above 55 years. This means that some degree of cataract is usually found in the age group over 55 years. (3) retina problem-different degenerations of the retina usually lead to weakening of the eyesight. The degeneration may be caused due to progressive age. It may also occur due to a high minus number of the eye (myopia). (4) cornea related problem- cornea is the anterior (front) part of the eye. Certain issues with the cornea may cause weakening of the eyesight. Thus, it would be a good idea to consult an eye specialist in person and get your eyes evaluated for the cause of weakening eyesight.

1) Leg pain part is between knees and foot. Hello, Obesity might cause pain in knee joint & ankle joint, of course, needs to reduce her weight to normal range, first. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate her body. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

As far as your knee pain goes, if there is no history of any injury, no swelling or any other s/s of inflammation or infection, my advise will be for physical therapy, anti inflammatory medications for 5-7 days, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake, ice packs at home and then let us see how much are you improving with conservative management. For your irregular periods, you should consult your gynaecologist as she will the best person to advice on that. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Rt Knee Joint pain since 10 years. Recently aggravation in symp of pain edema (pedal and local) tenderness mild dilation of veins locally. MRI showing complete tear in medial meniscus, intrasubstance signal in anterior horn of lateral meniscus; degenerative change in femoral tibial joint space and patellar-femoral joint space. Ganglion cyst in posteromedial aspect of tibia along with tibia femoral joint. Pls suggest the treatment plan and give further guidance; waiting for your opinion. Thank you.

It looks like you have ignored the problem for long time. 10 years is too long period. You are just 28 and all findings of MRI are suggestive of damage to meniscus, and Knee joint which is usually seen after 50 years of age. You need to undergo Arthroscopy surgery. Meniscus should be repaired if it is repairable, though chances of repair are low as it is very old injury as per your history. Need to see MRI images to comment more.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have mentioned backache as your problem. If you have only localized backache with no other associated symptoms like radiating leg pain, numbness, weakness in legs, paresthesias etc, and no systemic symptoms like fever, loss of appetite, loss of weight etc, my advice to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or even tab paracetamol which suits you - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application like dynapar qps spray can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc if you do not improve in 2-3 weeks with this conservative management, we will need to evaluate you further in form of dynamic x rays to look for any instability as a cause for pain and some blood investigations to rule out any deficiencies etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Dear its due to incorrect posture of sitting and standing... Always sit and stand straight. Do walk early morning and yoga asanas like bhujanasana, shalabhasana and suryanamaskar it will strengthen ur back muscles. Eat healthy and balanced diet containing proteins and minerals and add milk and milk products in ur diet. Apply volini gel on site of pain at night for 3 days and cover the area with cotton cloth.

Quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Please do rule out nerve conduction study and muscle study for possible impingement in nerve root due to diabetic neuropathy conditions for pain do take ift physiotherapy treatment for 10 days regularly.

u had cramps or muscle tightness in your leg - it happens normaly as muscles need time to adapt .kindly do walking initially than start doing jogging - take rest - go for hot water fermentation take proper water and food intake also.
