burning during urination and frequent passage can be an indication of urinary infection. You should give your urine for routine and culture and sensitivity examination after consulting with your urologist. This again can cause pain over the back side.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day...take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day...And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day...

I am 33 yr serving soldier. Last 2 month later I feel pain in my back just below waist. No pain in moving but change position in sleeping I feeling more pain and rare pain spread in my right calf.

Kindly show me digital x rays of ls. Spine sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Im 35 years old man . I have a pain on the right side of shoulder . The pain is not very severe ,its type of discomfort in some particular movement of shoulder . Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Hi please visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic for proper diagnosis as treatment will be according to diagnosis. For pain apply hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 5 days do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi I am 38 years old male. I am unable to move my right arm from shoulder level since past 8 days. This happened while playing badminton. I have already taken muscle relaxant and pain killers.

For Pain relief try: -cool your wrists with an ice pack wrapped in a thin towel. Leave it on for about 10 minutes. You can repeat the treatment every hour or so. -Heat can also ease pain by relaxing muscles. Soak your hands and wrists in warm to hot water for 12 to 15 minutes before you go to bed each night. -Wear a splint at night. While sleeping, you may be bending your hand and wrist under your pillow, and this puts pressure on your wrist. A splint will hold your fingers in a neutral position and relieve pressure on the median nerve. You can purchase the splint in a pharmacy, but be sure to check with your physical therapist to make sure it fits properly. -consult a Physiotherapist who can suggest specific exercises depending on your particular hand or wrist condition. Some help increase a joint’s range of motion or lengthen the muscle and tendons via stretching. Other exercises strengthen muscles around a joint to generate more power or to build greater endurance.

I have lower back pain issue since 10 years. I am 26 now. The pain feels acute sometimes. Other times it feels subdued. I feel strain when I arch my back forwards. Nothing has been detected on x ray. I feel the pain coming from muscles. I do not do heavy lifting. But I had not so active childhood as I did not took part in any form of sports or swimming. Now I work on computer full time. Your problem is only muscle weakness so if x-ray is normal and according your do strength exercise in gradually process and do yoga or avoid toward bending avoid long sitting tk break between work do walk tk a soft pillow for back support.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms. Hello according to your condition you have to take ice fermentation through ice pack l and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Goodmorning I have understood your question. Kindly use a chest binder while playing so that you get a support to your chest. You must also start on breathing exercises. This will enhance a better rob cage repair and care. You must have sprained your chest muscles.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use pillow under the knee. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
