Take green tea 2 cups daily. Take triphla churn 5 gm daily at night with water. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Avoid fast fried n oily food. Take liquids in sufficient quantity. Reduce the sugar intake. Make calory chart.

HI, It is difficult to tell the exact duration. In some , the deposition may occur fast and in some it may be very slow. It also depends of the nature of the food intake. The more the intake of fats, the more faster is its deposition and blockage of the arteries.

Brisk exercise increases BP in the start but after finishing BP slowly comes to normal.That is why a Hypertensive patient should not start brisk exercise in the starting few days.Let the BP comes to normal with medicines and then go for brisk exercises but for the time when BP is high just have a control on your diet along with medicines and just go for a normal morning or evening walks so that your daily routine is not broken.But once your BP starts coming to normal start doing Cardiovascular and Aerobic exercises which include walking, jogging, jumping rope, bicycling (stationary or outdoor), cross-country skiing, skating, rowing, high- or low-impact aerobics, swimming, and water aerobics. According yo WHO recommendations we shoul take 5 gm of salt/day but average indian consumption is 9 gm/day and if we reduce this average to 5 gm/day, we can reduce incidents of stroke by 25% and heart attacks by 10%.

If a heart patient's treatment is going on can we give him 2 time ayuvedic medicine with that also ?

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Hi , first and foremost, I would advise you to consult a cardiologist on this with no further delay. Your doc may require you to undergo further diagnostics as appropriate and recommend medicines/ ways to reduce or control your high bp and also clinically evaluate your cardiac health. Simultaneously, you should also consult your nephrologist for a review of your kidneys/ renal health. Do as advised by your doc (s). In the mean time, I would advise you to keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined and avoid stress and strain that may affect your health. Do relax and de-stress regularly. Hope this helps. you can tab. thyroxine 75mcg according to your reports. take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga.

Hello from the data it is uncertain whether your blood sugar is under control or not. Triglyceride level is too high it can lead to pancreatitis, hence start immediately on atorvastatin plus fenofibrate tablets. Simultaneously you have to have strict blood sugar control. Also inform about hba1c level.

Minimum 4 weeks if it was an elective non emergent intervention. If the angioplasty was conducted during or after a heart attack then abstain for about 3 months. Before resuming get an echo done to assess cardiac performance. If heart ejection fraction is less than 50%, get a modified bruce stress test to assess early cardiovascular fitness.

Just becoz ef is low is not an indication for angioplasty. If there is no chest pain and no rwma on echo and ecg is normal then angio is not needed.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

The beating of heart is decided by the S A Node which itself is controlled by nerves and hormones from the brain. At times due to imbalance in sympathetic and its opposite para sympathetic tones the heart may beat at higher or lower rates. There need not be something abnormal if this is an isolated occurrence, but if this is repeated often then proper investigations are advised.

Hello the raised sgot and sgpt suggests liver dysfunction. The treatment depends on the underlying condition. The most common cause is infection viral or bacterial. Infection with hepatitis a and hepatitis b is common. Apart from infection there are other causes also which can present with this.
