I am 31 years old male. I have snoring problem and I am suffering since 3 yrs. I had already consult doctor, they tested me and said that I have only snoring problem in nose and nothing another problem. So they didn't treat it is not serious. Please tell me a solution. Regards Pradeep.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

I will suggest you to take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water you ned medicine also, for medicine contact on private chat. With latest bloosd sugar f/pp. Lipid profile Bp. And hba1c good luck.

Mam, I was having lumps on my hand when I consulted the doctor they said it is a tumor we have to remove this by surgery. I was agreed with his tone but after surgery we came to know it is neurofibrolipoma now after surgery it has spread all over my body almost 100 in quantity and in hand the size is bigger. I don't know what to do please suggest.

First surgery has not caused other neurofibrolipoma to develop and they have erupted on their own and we don't have to do anything about the lumps and if any lump is symptomatic than we have to excise it

I have stammering problem from 15-20 years. I took advice from many doctors. Some told me that it will be decrease when my age is increasing, but I notice that stammering is also increasing with my age. I did speech therapy also, but can't get any positive response. Normal stammering happens to all. But when it's out of control we call it stuttering. In this case coping mechanisms lag in us. Speech therapy definitely helps. Yeah its psychogenic, you need to understand it better. Speech therapy must help.
