Hi. Anti allergics generally leave you drowsy. Try using only the nasal spray and see if that helps. Homoeopathy gives better results in such cases. If you are interested in treatment can contact me. I have treated number of such patients with excellent results.

This type of deviation can be corrected only by surgery either septoplasty(correction of nasal septum) or septorhinoplasty(along with septum, deformity of external nose is also corrected. So consult an ENT specialist for that.

Vertigo can be due to several causes such as Infection, such as the ones that cause the common cold or diarrhea, can cause temporary vertigo via an ear infection. This inner ear infection is generally viral, harmless, and usually goes away in one to six weeks, would like to advice you to take medication for next 3 days, if symptoms persists after 3 days, I would like you to visit ENT specialist doctor for clinical examination. Mean time you also perform some home remedial manoeuvres such as Sit on the edge of your bed Quickly lie down on your back, with your head on the bed Slowly sit up, but remain on the bed a few minutes.

HI, I had been suffering tinnitus in my left year post 4 months of septoplasty and sinus surgery. My MRV scan reports that Retention cyst seen in left maxillary sinus. Will it cause tinnitus, how to cure my tinnitus. Need your help.

Reduce your exposure to things that may make your tinnitus worse. Common examples include loud noises, caffeine and nicotine. Cover up the noise. In a quiet setting, a fan, soft music or low-volume radio static may help mask the noise from tinnitus.

Hi , sore throat is usually accompanied by pain. Here are a few steps that you may follow in general to either cure or avoid getting sore throat. Try avoiding constipation by all means. (a) healthy & balanced diet with focus on fresh fruits/ leafy greens. Bittergourd is known to help in this condition. Fresh pineapple juice is beneficial too unless you are allergic to it. However, avoid yellow banana for it is likely to trigger allergy. (b) consume flesh foods in moderation. (c) take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. (d) regularize life style, reduce stress/ strain and stay relaxed and focused. (e) protect yourself from intense heat/ cold air. (f) do not take extremely hot/ cold/ spicy/ sour drinks as well as foods. (g) warm saline gargling 2 - 3 times daily. (h) gargle made of tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric or fenugreek seeds and honey are also beneficial. (i) avoid overcrowded places. Hope the above-mentioned shall help. You may still connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a treatment plan that suits you in particular. All the very best.

U r suffering from allergic rhinitis. 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat That Stuffy Nose With Warm Salt Water-- Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow Your Nose Often (and the Right Way)-- It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.
