Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad. Avoid all types of hotel foods, oily,ghee prepretions, fast junck, spacy foods. Do arobic excersices, yoga,fast walking will help.

I am suffering from a knees problems since last many years.The bones are not effected but doctors say that muscles have become week, hence the pain. I am 68 yrs. and do gym too. Please advice whats the correct course to relieve pain and what gym exercises to avoid. Thanking you in anticiaption.

Hi  If you are  having a sinus  problems for so long we have to rule out Allergic  Rhinitis and sinusitis.  Get a CT PNS done. Or if you have one  done share the CT. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic sinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. If headache due to sinusitis it will get better. Do a eye refraction to check eyesight. Hope this helps.

Nausea ,weakness is quiet common during first 2 months. You can take a tablet for nausea and you will feel perfectly fine. please see a specialist and get your examination done definately they will help you out. There are patients of infertility who spend laks to achieve pregnancy. A naturally pregnancy has happened its a great gift.

I have dandruff problem. I have tried shampoo like Head n shoulder it worked when at time I was using it but it started again when I switched my shampoo or Quited using it. I want to know what is the real cause of having dandruff in the first place and how to get rid of it?

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.

Please check your blood calcium level first as this could be a reason for knee pains. Also check if Thyroid tablets/Thyronom 75mcg is not suiting you then take it 50mcg daily. Give me a feedback after a week of this change.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
