Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice a day. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.  Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

My son, aged 40 years normally has 145-150 BP against normal 120. Otherwise he is in the pink of his health. Does it mean High BP or it may vary from person to person. He also goes to the toilet daily, mainly twice in the morning.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin a rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. If you don? t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice surya namaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikonasana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikshasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any queries inform me.

Do not use extra salt in your food as higher values of sodium (from salt) than the recommended daily value can lead to hair loss. Also, always use iodized salt. Iodine is an important nutrient for hair growth. Sea food is also a good and natural source of iodine.

Increase your intake. Add milk, fruits especially banana n dry fruits in your diet. Take food n fruits at small intervals. Sleep properly 8 hours. Do not take stress.

My wife 26 yr old and is 7 week pregnant having nausea most of the tome and vomiting, whenever she eats something. She is taking doxinate plus 3 times daily. And inj hcg 5000 iu twice a week. And tab susten 300 mg intra vaginally bedtime. She is also a diagnosed case of crohn s disease. But under control right now. She is taking tab mesacol 1.2 gm once daily off & on. Please advice me how to control nausea & vomiting. I am a physician.

U can try ondensetron half an hour before every meal. plus HCG can be tapered to once a week and inj maintain 500 mg can be given weekly once and HCG can be altogether stooped by 8 to 10 weeks. you can try occasional domperidone in combination with antacid.

Hello, you can achieve desired height up to the age of 19 (some times up to 21) years. Certain ayurvedic medicines work effectively and can increase height upto three cms. In three months. Try these yoga postures - 1) tadasana, padmasana, and hanging exercises have a positive effect on height. 2) gym, karate etc have a negative effect on height. 3) try not build your mass as mass and height are inversely proportional.
