check your vitamin d3 and b12 status as well. If low it can cause weakness, tiredness, pains and aches in the body. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oils like ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil, cold pressed mustard oil, olive oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Am 35 . I have undergone thru test whr they did the LIPID Profile in my report cholesterol is 266. Triglycerides is 285 Cholesterol HDL is 47 Direct LDL CHOLESTEROL is 169 Am being advised to meet cardiologist Am I not fit what needs to be done. Hi lybrate-user the best solution is avoid having the oily and junk food. Because it is not necessary that oil food alone will be stored in the body, even high sugar will be transformed into cholesterol. Start to do regular exercise for 1 hour daily, it is the only best solution which I can give to overcome this problem.

I am 27 years old female. I get fever evry morning and I take crocin to overcome it. I feel fine by the evening but nxt morning I get it agn. This is making me feel weak and also affecting my appetite as I hardly eat one chapati in whole Day and nothing else.

check your temporature with thermometer and maintain a record of temparature once in four hours and let me know. if you have any associated symptoms like cold, cough, throat pain etc., agein let me know for proper guidance. even if no appetitie you should take sufficient quantity of food, as if you are taking medicine. other wise your immunity levels will fall and germs/viruses will affect your body. till such time you can continue crocin tablet.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x + Calc phos 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online .

Hello, •Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to enshape your whole body.    •Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly to check knock knee.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. It is because of low hb that you r having body pain and to increase your heamoglobin value apart from medication eat green vegetables, jaggery, carrots, beet etc.
