Hello Size of penis does not matter, function matters. Once you ejaculate and you have normal sperms, your wife can have a child. Better consult a Sexologist to clear your mind. Do not worry.

Best time to exercise is early morning after you wake up. You can exercise immediately after having a whole fruit or tea and 2 biscuits. 3 hours gap should be maintained after a meal before you start exercising. In evening, 3 hours after the lunch you may exercise.

Hi Lybrate-user. You would require surgery for the same, it is called a circumcision. The duration of the surgery is about 20-40 mins, it should heal in about 2 weeks completely. It cannot be treated my medicines. Thank you.

Mr. lybrate-user, Our body is beautiful creation of Nature. As soon as we get some injury, it instantly works to heal it and protect it from further damage. Your concern for contracting infection is valid, but your body's defense system is strong enough to resist infections. You got Cut injury MANY hours before your exposure to infection area. Trust on your own body. If you still feel anxious, you may get your tests done again. CD4 counts and ELISA tests are generally advised for the same. All the best!

Homosiestine showing reading of 37.8 how to reduce it and make it below 30 and how much time it will take.

Homosiestine showing reading of 37.8 how to reduce it and make it below 30 and how much time it will take.
Homocysteine is a common amino acid in your blood. You get it mostly from eating meat. High levels of it are linked to early development of heart disease. In fact, a high level of homocysteine is a risk factor for heart disease. It's associated with low levels of vitamins B6, B12, and folate, as well as renal disease 1. B vitamins: Folate, along with vitamins B6 and B12, has been shown in numerous studies to help lower homocysteine levels. So the foods rich in vitamin b and folic acids therefore may be more effective at lowering homocysteine levels. 2. Take green vegetables, orange juice and beans. 3. Avoid methionine-rich foods like red meat and dairy products. 4. Exercise, as patients in a cardiac rehabilitation program showed a reduction in homocysteine from exercise alone. 5. Decrease or eliminate alcohol and smoking. For homeopathic medicines, contact us.
