If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. I am suffering from acute insomnia .This has been happening for a while but now this is worsening and I am not able to sleep at all .I have tried Sunidra tablets but of not much help .Due to this during day time I am not feeling enough refreshed and not able to concentrate on my work properly. In ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for insomnia you should do SHIRODHARA treatment .you will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors.

I am a male 76 years old and have pain behind my knees (tendons I think) for the last 6 months. I take pain killers now and then. It hurts when I stretch or bend my knees. Is there any remedy. Thanks.

Kindly guide what to do for the knee joint and ankle joint stiffness after getting up. Its too painful to walk for few minutes and later it subsides somehow. If sat for a while, again same pain. What to do doc. Any remedies, medicines or guidance is required as soon as possible.

JOINT & BACK PAIN 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, u need proper medicines to overcome issue . if possible consult me or go through our packages that will be better for you

Hello lybrate user the pain and stiffness can be reduced by regular massage with warm Ashwagand bala taila followed by hot water bath.stop over work,pressure and heavy works.
