Dear lybrate user with the limited amount of information available we can very well understand your concern for your cough. It could had been better if you had explained in detail of you have any sort of allergy issues and if you loose breath on walking. Are you having fever? this could be signs of allergic bronchitis. As your cough is present for past 3 weeks it will be advisable if you can get your blood counts done along with a x ray for the time being you can start taking steam thrice daily. Revert with reports so that we can advise you better.

if you are having pain even on touching the ear you are probably suffering from external ear infection. you need to be examined for middle ear infection. it might also be due to a tooth or TMJ pathology.. treatment is analgesic and antibiotic if infection is detected.

Chest pain causes 1. Heart disease 2. Stress, anxiety 3. Lack of exercise 4. Sedentary life style 5. Obesity (over weight) 6. Smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption, excess tea/coffee 7. Excess oily, fatty, cholesterol rich diet, junk food 8. Hyperacidity, musculr pain 9. Heredity and genetic factor prevention follow the advice given below 1. Avoid stress and strain 2. Do regular exercise, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 3 avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumptio, excess tea/coffee. 4. Dear Lybrate User, To maintain proper blood glucose level you need following things to do- 1.Include more fibers in your diet. More soluble than insoluble. 2. Dont give food gap more than 2-3hrs between meals. 3.Drink min 2ltrs of water during day time. Reduce water consumption after 6pm onwards. 4. Increase your protein intake specially veg proteins. 5.Do exercises regularly min for 1hrs min. 6.Increase your vegetables and fruits consumption. 7. Avoid simple sugar, maida related junk foods.

This need to be evaluated. It appears you had some boil which has probably led to localised cellulitis. And cellulitis is basically infection which requires antibiotics. So show a physician for this.

Dear lybrateuser, - At your age your chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary life - avoid fried, spicy & junk food - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, yoga for proper hydration & digestion - destress by reading, listening to music, following a hobby, playing a game.

Please note -- for adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect.
