Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream - in morning and at night daily on your whole face.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. I think you are talking about masturbation not menstruation. Anyway it is very common in any age. You can minimize it by socializing your life, try to indulge in other activities which you like, be creative, play sports, take healthy diet, make a plan for avoiding it, stop watching movies which have sexual content.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests

How to undo obesity ? My son aged 36+ years weighs 112 Kg. Height 5'9" has gained a lot of weight. Earlier he was weight lifter and use to do Power Lifting. Hello Sir. Mera last 5-6 months se mera mind past ki baaton me chalta rehta hai round the clock. Actually last year mera meri girlfriend se breakup ho gaya tha, jiske sath mera 6mnths ka relation tha. Or jiske liye mai khud ko responsible maanta hun. I think mere ego or attitude ki vajah se breakup ho gaya tha or voh bhi kabhi-2 kehti thi ki mai uski baaton ko for granted leta hu. Mai roz guilt mein survive kar raha hu or apne aap ko jimmendar manta hu. Uski baatein roz mere mind mein 24hrs ghumti rehti hai or uske saath spend kia hua time bhi. Mai bhi usko pyar karta tha Or mai janta hun voh meri life mein ab kbhi vapas nhi aayegi and I really miss her. Mera daily suicide karne ka mann karta hai. Aisa lagta hai jaise meri life ek curse hai. Or ha mujhe OCD bhi hai, but mujhe nahi lagta sab iski vajah se hai. I really don't knw what to do. Meri mind ki koi concentration nahi hai. I admire your courage and attitude towards health. Where there is a will there is a way. It is good that you realise this problem right now so that you can always remain fit. Avoid arguing with parents since they just do what they have learnt in their childhood. But times change. And many parents don't realise these things. Never mind. Just focus on your health and fitness and you will be okay. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. - Reduce portion size. Take smaller helpings. - Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Cut down all chips/chocolates/namkeen etc - Drink one glass of water every hour. - Love yourself and respect your body. Keep your spirits high. Never lose hope. Find some friends who are into health and fitness and stay connected with them. Keep reading articles on Health. Choose healthier fats. Saturated fats, found primarily in red meat and dairy products, raise your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, the "bad" cholesterol. As a rule, you should get less than 7 percent of your daily calories from saturated fat. Choose leaner cuts of meat, low-fat dairy and monounsaturated fats — found in olive and canola oils — for healthier options. Eliminate trans fats. You should include thin custurd, sujii porridge, rice water, dal water, fruit juices, veg soup, thin khichdi, Scrambled egg, Daliya water or daliya porridge in his diet.

Pain during periods is called dysmenorrhoea. It is seen to affect a few women each month. You can consult privately for homoeopathic treatment for the same. Till then you can take a medicine mag phos 6x/4 pills/ every 2 hours immediately from onset of pain till relief is obtained. Drink warm fluids during that day.

This happens because of temporary hormonal imbalance. As this has occured for the first time, it does not warrant any further investigations or treatment. Observe future cycles and similar things r happening again and again then only go for tests or treatment.

Please The bottom of a man's normal total testosterone range is about 300 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL). The upper limit is about 800 ng/dL depending on the lab. Yours is ok Still you can increase by. Avoid masturbation totally.
