I am 31 yera old male and have a pain in back injuries and lifting for last 1 months. So what should I do?

Morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition, after injury. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100mg +paracetamol 350mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. A-z g0ld 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for neck & shoulders. Knee & legs. Foot ankle. (take help of a physiotherapist use no pillow under the head. Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days.

I get pain in my joints of arms and shoulders. Everytime when I do some work it pains me badly especially when I go somewhere by scooter, I can't handle it properly. I used most of the pain killer pastes and creams but still it's not recovering. I think that I don't have sufficient calcium in my body as my bones are weak which makes my body to pain when doing work. I don't know exactly what should I do.

Apply hot water or ice fermentation in neck and shoulders region 4 to 5 times daily. Avoid pillow while lying. Reduce stress level, Do the breathing exercises. Avoid apply ointment. If it's not reduced consult physiotherapist.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Age 29 years I had a knee pain in right leg. After mri ,doctor told that it is osteochondral defect and suggest for immediate orthoscopy I consulted another doctor, he suggested for physiotherapy, Now my pain and problem is 60% reduced. Recently doctor has suggested to take lafarze medicine for 3 months (glucosamine sulphate 2kcl and chondroitin) to repair cartilage injury. Is glucosamine and chondroitin works? Can exercise cure me completely?

I have not seen your MRI . If a cartilage charting shows there is a defect on the cartilage then an arthroscopy is better to treat that defect. Depending on the size of the defect the treatment is biased. The pain is only immediate. If a definite defect is there then it needs to be treated otherwise will lead to early osteoarthritis

It might be improper hygiene. If none of you don't have same infection so can't contracted. It can be confirmed only by laboratory investigation. But it's better to take precautions further. It might be fungal infection so anti fungal help you. If at all clear doubt go for test by both of you.

Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.

Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days. Other tips 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of pain without more details like the exact site, intensity or duration and character of pain. However considering your age, I will suggest back and core strengthening exercises and gentle stretching exercises in the morning, as this may be due to bad posture. Regards.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
