You cut down the blood sugar levels in many ways. The first method is with exercise. Make exercise your habit and do it for at least 30 minutes per day. Yoga meditation aerobics walking cycling jogging dancing etc all includes in the category of exercise. Now with the dietary requirements you need to have a good idea that what all foods are essential to you at your this condition. According to me, I suggest my patients a dietary plan. You can also follow the same. *have dinner as early as possible. *restrict intake of rice preparations for dinner. *include fruits into your diet especially pomegranate dates dry grapes juice. *strict stop smoking and alcohol intake. *follow a regular diet weekly. *restrict intake of non veg daily. *have oats with milk daily once. *have food prepared with millets and wheat. If possible you could also follow some natural remedies. Some of them are *intake of gooseberry juice with turmeric powder after your breakfast. *intake of water boiled with the stem of tinospora cordifolia. (instantly decreases the blood sugar levels) *have cucumber juice in empty stomach. Last not least make up your mind. Build confidence and trust in your own actions that you can completely overcome this diabetes. All the best.

Hello sir. One my friend having an issue whether its big or not I don't know but I noticed him when ever he didn't take enough sleep he just do like odd thing he suddenly shakes his body like jumps his whole body or we could say like jerks his body when I asked him he says he can't control that it occurs automatically when he doesn't take enough sleep. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Now seasons of viral infections. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. You can take tab. Combiflaim sos , tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. Cap. Zevit once a day. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. 1st of all you need to seek a doctors advice for your thyroid. Follow a well balanced. Do not skip any of your meal. Try to eat frequently. You can choose the options like vegetable stuffed chapati +curd in breakfast with a glass of milk, then in mid morning have butter milk + chana chaat then in lunch take 2 chapati + veg+salad + curd (optional) then in evening have tea with 5-6 soaked almonds + 1 walnut, then in dinner have 2 chapati + dal+salad+veg. Drink 7-8 glass of water Avoid vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, soya Team nutrihealth.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance... if you keep in touch personally.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

Hellow lybrate-user, scalp lines are visible due to thinning of hairs. Thick and strong hairs are result of good nutritious balanced diet. please take good and healthy food in morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do include 1 glass of milk in your daily schedule. Rinse your hair with water regularly and shampoo it two times only per week. Do not use warm water for washing of hairs, Luke warm will be fine. Eat fresh fruits and dates (khajoors) regularly. Use a combination of castor oil+coconut oil+almond oil (same proportion) for application on roots of hair atleast once a day. This will definately make your hairs thick and strong. Thank you. No hard and fast rules there are ante-natal exercises available you can look for them delivery is a natural process only if you develop some complications or abnormality the c sec are required anyway just relax and best of luck.
