Lybrate-user ji looking to your height you should have a maximum weight of 57 kg. All your problems are because of your overweight. You need to reduce your body weight by minimum 25 kg. In addition do some strengthening exe for your quadriceps.

Tk a soft pillow for back and tk break between work. Do heat fermentation and rest if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days and start stretching exercise of spine.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

I have problems in back bones. And any times pen in my back bone please help me for good health.

Take physiotherapy session and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 also.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hi, Had you consult with other dr? if yes shear me your report. This prob. Looks like sciatic nerve compration. You should go a physiotherapy center do lumber traction and ift treatment, do back extension and strengthening exercises. If pain is sever you can use lumber belt also.

Hi lybrate-user, as you wear artificial limb on right leg, it is very common that you get swelling in right foot as you put more pressure on right leg.
