Maintain a healthy diet routine. Have lots of salad and fruits. Have plenty of water. Do not be empty stomach for long. Regulating your diet will help you alleviating the stomach ache. If this doent help then you will require investigations and medications.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily

7 weeks back , I was participated in sex with prostitute . I don't know about her status , I used protection during sex . But , I have doubt that when I was removing condom , my penis might touched by her fluids which present outside the condom. Till date , I was as healthy as before . Get yourself evaluated a basic ls spine xray and blood tests - cbc and hlab27 required. After this you need to do core stabilization exercises. Visit a nearest physio for d same.

Rheumatoid arthritis will have symmetrical distribution of pain swelling in joints of both sides. You can continue with all yoga pranayama and aerobic exercises with physiotherapy also.

With thyroid disorder there is associated muscle weakness. There is nothing to get worried about. Its important to maintain hydration, good posture and keep exercising. If the pain is too severe meet a physiotherapist so that they can do ultrasound massage or interferntial therapy and relax it.

I am a 50 year old female. For the last about a month I am having pain in right hand fingers, arm and shoulder. There is numbness and stiffness in right hand fingers. My doctor said it may be cervical spondylitis and advised physio therapy. After ten days of physio therapy I find no improvement,

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your neck pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you the duration of your upper limb radiating pain and associated symptoms? I would actually like to see a neurological charting of your upper limbs done by a physical therapist ( both motor and sensory charting). Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Tips to Prevent Back Pain While Doing Housework

HOUSEWORK VACUUMING

THE LUNGE:

Adopt a step position and posture as in the sport of fencing, with one leg stepping out in front .this way you can easily shift forward and back in various directions. As you step forward, you can reach forward with your vacuuming hand. Keep your pelvic 'bowl' level. Put your other hand on your hip or thigh to take weight off the low back and help you stay up. Attempt to change vacuuming hands every once in a while.

KNEELING AND HALF-KNEELING

These methods lower your center of gravity and automatically take some of the bends out of activity. Try the as alternative positions for a few minutes. They are really comfortable.

DUSTING AND POLISHING

Attempt kneeling or half kneeling when working on low surfaces. Prop your inactive arm on yourself or on the furniture to take more weight through your arms and less through your spine.

DOING THE LAUNDRY

Avoid overloading the basket. Avoid slumped or overarched alignment when lifting, loading, and carrying. Load with one hand while taking weight through the other. Use exaggerated good alignment when lifting and carrying.

DOING THE DISHES,

IRONING

CLEANING WINDOWS

These tasks are similar to each other in that they involve sustained standing in a slightly forward- bend position. Place one foot up on a box or chair or inside the cabinet under the sink to help level your pelvic bowl ; and/or tense the muscles of your buttocks and lower abdomen to maintain your pelvis stable, level, and firmly up against the counter. For one-handed tasks, prop through your 'resting' arm to take weight off the spine

MAKING THE BED

AVOID SLUMPING OR ARCHING OUT OVER THE BED.

Lean up against the bed and bear weight through one arm when reaching

TRY SMOOTHING OUT THE SHEET AND TUCKING:

The corners while kneeling on a pillow. This makes the job much easier.

This is very common in this age. Follow the tips to reduce your knee pain and consult with me online for ayurvedic treatment. Tips. 1. Massage of oil on knee 2. Hot fomentation 3. Make a chapati of urad dal with til tel and put on the knee for 30 minutes. 4. Take calcium supplement daily. 5. Some exercise for knee is also necessary 6. Otherwise you can walk for 15 mints 7. Knee pain without injury at her age could be due to low vitamin d or elevated uric acid levels. Get her uric acid and vitamin d levels done fasting and revert back with reports.

Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.
