You should not take these tablets unless there is a genuine need for it. If you can manage your health with healthy habits (healthy lifestyle) then you would hardly need any medications. It is always safe to visit a doctor whenever you have any health problems and avoid unnecessary medications (without prescription) which can become habit forming.

Sir I m masturbating from age of 14 years Now I m masturbating everyday So is it harmful Now I m 21 years old.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Sir I m masturbating from age of 14 years Now I m masturbating everyday So is it harmful Now I m 21 years old.
Masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body although doing it once or twice a week is bearable. During these activities, many important minerals, hormones, and fluids responsible for the following are rapidly lost. It is a fact that just as our body requires food for energy and so whenever we are hungry we eat something, in the same way lust for sex keeps our mind hungry and this lust leads us to activities like masturbation or watching porn. Masturbation and porn addictions lead to shame, guilt, and worry. Effects of excessive masturbation on the genital parts -------" -----wet dreams or nocturnal emissions -----erectile dysfunction (ed) -----small size of penis -----incontinence -----discharge of semen along with urine -----premature ejaculation (only 10-15 minutes instead of the normal 35-40 minutes) -----enlargement of the testicles -----pain in the testicles -----involuntary urination in sleep so, you are also travelling in the same boat like most of other boys who in their teenage had excessive indulgence in masturbation and when will be the time to really enjoy the powers, you will be deprived of it. Myself is a homoeopath and I can assure you that there are wonderful homoeopathic medicines with which your problem will permanently vanish without any adverse effect on your body and you can enjoy your sex life as normal as others.

Comply with all the medical prescriptions and work in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learn coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges you will face. There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime you can do certain things that will give you benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. You need to particularly look at your levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that you may never be aware of it now. Talk to your parents and explore that angle. This information will help the counselor too. Also you will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If your motivation and cooperation is good much can be achieved. You must have a time-structured schedule filled with interesting and reasonable activities and it must be monitored for compliance and delivery. The reason I say this is that many times you will be inclined to have grandiose notions and confidently believe that you can do without the medication. This will set you back many months in the treatment and delay and sabotage the recovery: forewarned you are forearmed. If this combination of medication with therapy is maintained for at least three years without any episodes or breakdowns, it is possible to taper the medication in consonance with the doctor.

Dear lybrate-user. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV is not spread through saliva. Usually HIV do not spread through needles and syringes. Take care.

It usually occurs in underarms, chest, thighs and scalp-in areas more prone to sweating.
It presents with red round patches and intense itching.
It can be effectively treated with medicines.
In general measures, wear loose fitting clothes, apply normal powder 3-4 times a day and keep the area as dry as possible.
Consult a dermatologist and avoid using over the counter products since they can cause more harm than benefit.

How Can You Balance Your Blood Sugar Level?

Ayurveda is an age old system of medicine that is holistic in nature. Treatment in Ayurveda focuses on getting rid of the cause of the disease. The medicines in Ayurveda are natural and thus, do not have any side effects. There are various remedies in Ayurveda to balance your blood sugar level. Blood sugar occurs either due to decreased insulin sensitivity or inefficient absorption of glucose by the cells in the body.

The various remedies to balance blood sugar in Ayurveda are

  1. Diet- All fruits are not having simple sugars. So avoid banana, guava, custardapple, chikoo should be avoided. Curd, potato, sweet potato, corns should be avoided.

  2. Exercise: Exercise is a must if you want your blood sugar under control. Include cardiovascular exercises like running and swimming that helps in burning calories and regulate blood sugar. It also helps you lose fat and reduce weight. Exercises also uses the sugar in your blood thus, causing a drop in the blood sugar levels.

  3. Avoid stress: If you are feeling stressed lately then you may employ relaxation techniques such as meditation. You can start off with simple meditation techniques such as focusing on your breath. Count to 4 while you inhale and then hold your breath for seven seconds, then exhale while you count to 8. Repeat this procedure for 10-15 minutes on a daily basis.
