Bleeding gum can be periodontists periodontitis can reduce glucose tolerance which make diabeties more uncontrolled and diabeties can worsen the periodontitis so you have to control both of them simultaneously please do not ignore.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

You can take tablet ovral l one daily before breakfast for 21 days start from first day of bleeding then stop for 7 days and then again start. Take for 3 cycles for regular periods.

GO HIGH ON PROTEIN, VEGETABLES & INCLUDE GOOD FAT IN YOUR DIET – To control your calorie intake and diet quantity, you must introduce protein rich food, low carb vegetables, and healthy fat to your diet. This way you will keep yourself satiated for an extended period, which will further decrease your appetite. With decreased appetite, you will eat in less quantity without gaining weight or putting on fat. Consuming food rich in healthy fat will help you gain enough energy to function without any health issues. This way you achieve the medium carb eating range of 20 to 25 grams per day. Protein increases metabolism rate which will help you lose around 60 to 100 calories per day. When your stomach is full, you will likely eat less. A proper protein rich diet eliminates late night hunger pangs and will keep you away from unnecessary binging. You can include the following rich in protein food items in your diet: Eggs- They are a good source of high amounts of omega 3 which boosts metabolism. Introduce egg whites to your breakfast menu to stay fit and healthy. Fish and seafood- Highly rich in protein and very low in saturated fat, fish and seafood diet comes along with zero cholesterol. I am male of 24 years old. From last 6-7 years I have a vey vad habit of sleeping on my stomach and rubbing penis in bed like strokes. Another bad thing is. When I come to discharge for not getting release of sperm in my pant and bedsheets to be dirty, I use to compress my penis between my both thighs so that sperm do not comes out. I already know that this is hurting my sexual power and my sperm count. I do not want to role on my stomach because every thing is from getting on my stomach. But controlling myself for 2-3 days during half sleepiness my mood overcome of my control of moving to sleep on stomach and doing the same and stopping sperm to come out. How can I control on myself to stop this, it is ruining my sexual life, how could I control not to move on my stomach?

kindly take shilajeetadi vati of baidyanath, 2 tabs twice a day with ashwagandha rishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals, twice a day. Take brahmi vati gold (premium gold), 1 tab twice a day a, 1 hr after meals with a cup of hot milk, twice a day. Go for brisk walk, for 30 mins daily. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Hi, Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. You have to do exercise/ workout in order to get rid of extra calories if any. For your post workout meal include oats with milk, paneer, skin out chicken (stewed preferably), fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), eggs, sprouts, quinoa as they all are rich in protein. Consider taking olive oil, almonds, dry dates, raisins, green tea as they help you relieve your stress and build up strength and immunity. You can go with any one of the above according to your wish list. Its better a take a pre-workout snack which consists of carbohydrate, it can be a fruit, a breakfast cereal in a limited quantity, milkshake without excess sugar. You can change it accordingly but you have to see that the options are healthy and mind your portions.
