A prostate can trouble you not only when it is large, but when it's small too. But if you are facing difficulty even in medications. Surely you need a urologist opinion again for a cystoscopy and needful surgery.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

You can have oily stuff on regular basis but for this you have to inculcate it with some other food stuff and physical activity to attain the required results.

There are many causes of headache. i.e. fever, acidity, gastritis, stress, injury . take tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day after meal, tab. Pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days . if not ok then checkup b.p. , cbc, blood sugar, and consult again. Thanks.

Lybrate-user, half an hour walking is bare minimum, that is required. However, if you can do exercise for 1 hour a day, that will benefit in achieving better control of blood glucose. Simple brisk walking is as good as any other exercise. If want to start yogic asanas, that is good, but in addition to walking. Plus maintain a strict dietary control. Thanks.

Headache is due to many causes. Irregular food and water intake, inadequate sleep, stress, exposure to bright sunlight are amongst the most common. Improving on your habits and attitude make a lot of difference. Learn meditation and some relaxation exercises. For your eyes. Get a routine comprehensive checkup done once a year to make sure you r using correct glasses power. Also have your eye muscle coordination checked.

Dear Lybrateuser, -You can have glucose before the physical test but not whole pack, mix 1-2 teaspoon in water & have it -have more of carbohydrates like vegetables, rice ,chapatis 2-3 days before the physical test as the stored energy will help you during the physical exam.

1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice.
