Fallow this diet for one week morning take one glass lemon water warm breakfast take milk cornlakes with Apple 8 am, fruit papaya 11 am lunch 1 pm= take dal, chapati 2, green vegetable n salad evening take green tea with digestiv biscuit n dinner take dalia or poha or vegeta bles sandwich.

Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

You should take high fiber diet n take fruits, vegetables in large amount n stop outside foods n take low fat cooking foods n take 4liter water every day

Eating tips for healthy life. never overeat.eat only when hungry n just until full. eat slowly&chew the foods well as it helps checking overeating. take proper meal at regular times. cut fat n sugar in daily diets. avoid high sugar foods like high fructose corn syrup dextrose,sucrose. use less sugar in tea&coffee. cut high salted foods in daily diets like chips,peanuts,namkeen. eat more fruits n Salad in daily diets take milk n milk products in daily diets like milk,curds,cheese,cottage cheese its good source of calcium. take water according to yours weight like every 20kg body weight required 2liter of water. avoid oily n fried foods. avoid fast and junk foods. take sprouts in daily routine.

After delivery I feel very week, I belongs to low class family. So I need that type of advice.

I am 39 years old male, my body weight is 95 kg. I will get a backache if I stand for 30 min continuously. I am facing this problem from past 3 years. Now from past 2 months I have also restricted my meals to 2 chapatis. What more I can do reduce my body weight and overcome the problem.
