you can start with mild walk during the day. you can add protein rich breakfast n lunch followed by mild carbs in dinner. plenty of water will help you to reduce weight take Early dinner. you can add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. take regular meal at every 2 hourly.

I have my food and within half an hour I feel hungry even though I have eaten nicely. And even after this i'm not able to increase my weight.

This might be due to high metabolism rate. you can add some cardio exercise followed by high protein meal.

Hi, After my workout, I feel very low and don't know why my body temperature increase, I take my protein after workout.

It might be due to low immune system of body. You can add high protein meal and workout to improve muscles mass. Your metabolism rate might be low, if possible you can get it checked and work accordingly.

You are too young to start any medication for weight loss. In this age you can reduce easily by doing normal healthy exercises as well with a start of high fibre and medium protein.

Hepatomegaly is related to enlargement of liver with excess fat. Bulky uterus shows, changes is uterus with a different note, that are not healthy. Enlarged cbd related to enlarged common bile duct. It will be better if you can consult to a good physician as well start with a healthy diet. Reduce some weight of your weight is excess. By reducing some extra fat you will get some relief as indirectly its related with the body fat too.

You can start with high fibre diet followed by moderate level of protein. You can also add some cardio exercise during the day. Plenty of water will help you more to detoxify your body. Include seasonal fruits n vegetables in your diet. Get your body constitution ( vaat/pit/kapha) for better results and to reduce fast

Eat balance diet which is helpful for gaining weight. You can include all groups of food as grain , vegetables, fruit,dairy, meat. And do some exercise and jumping for height

You should eat a balance diet which contains all of five groups ( grain , fruit, vegetables, milk , meat). Diet plan will depends on your sex , height n weight. You can do body constitution also.

according to your age and height your weight is excess by 6-7 kgs. you can check your body analysis. and do some changes in your diet plan .you can include some animal and plant protein in your diet. this can be done by adding high fiber and low fat diet. power yoga is also a good option for you.
