Some days do rest for every work any pain killer medicine take it if you want lose weight so you do not eat oily food only take normal food at home.

U dont sitting mostly & counting when you work & long time sitting then you half n hour little break then do your work, you use hot pack in back & do rest some days.

Festely you lose weight, you take hot water and dip the towel in hot water and then towel round on the knee when you feeling towel cool then left you use normal slippers not high hills some days do rest.
