Try getting your blood vitamin d3, blood calcium and blood vitamin b12 levels checked. Their deficiencies can cause muscular and bone weakness. Start going exercises for the legs at the same time. As you are only 23 years old there may not be any other reason.

I had very slight knee pain and my knee used to lock when fully bent. I consulted and orthopedic and he suggested MRI scan of right knee. In the MRI, it was detected that there is minimal effusion in right knee and there is degenerative signal (grade 2) in posterior limb of medial meniscus. The doctor suggested to go for surgery if it aches more or worsen which I do not want to. Is there any alternative to surgery and if surgery is at all required in my case.

There are only two options left for you 1. Start doing knee strengthening exercises which can offload the meniscus a little bit and help it to heal by itself. 2. Go for surgery and then again do knee exercises, as only surgery won't help.

This is a pure case sacroiliac inflammation which is caused due to long sitting either on a soft surface or hard surface which can be aggravated if there is muscular weakness in lower back. You need to do heating in lower back and then do some stretches for the same like bringing your knee to chest which should help you relieve some stress. Then perform some extension exercises which can help you increase strength in your back. Till your back is not strengthen enough try not to sit on a harder surface. Try not placing your wallet on the back packet as it will definitely increase the symptoms.

If you have fever then its quite normal to have back pain. But if their is no fever then the pain could be due excessive coughing. If there is a slipped disc then coughing can increase the pain.

Do some knee strengthening exercises and some stretches for the knee joint. It is basically damage to the cartilage of the cap bone. It is not curable 100% but we can manage the symptoms.

As your age is 17 years the main reason could be muscular weakness. Trying doing back strengthening exercises. If your daily sun exposure is limited then your body may be deficient in vitamin d which could also lead to back pain. Initially start doing back exercise and if the problem still persists then check your vitamin d3 levels at the nearest lab.
