I assume you are talking about muscle cramps in your calf muscles. You can start taking Vit E tab (like Tab Evion LC), once daily (for a month minimum), along with a pain-killer tablet which suits you. I can advise you Tab Voveron SR 75 mg twice daily after food, along with Tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast (both to be taken for 3-4 days). Along with these medication you can start exercises in form of calf muscle streching and knee and ankle movement exercises (or can consult a physiotherapists). Have shooting pain in the back of my knee. However there is no swelling. What should I do to reduce the pain?

hello, Shooting pain at the back of the knee may be arising from the spine. You can first of all take rest and can take some analgesic (pain-killer) along with a muscle relaxant.
