Hi, I would suggest you for lifestyle modification but for exact medication you are advised to attach your complete sugar profile, complete lipid profile, hba1c and blood sugar charting which includes fasting sugar, before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner sugars as well thanks.

Hi, as I have calculated your bmi is 32. 1 which is in obesity range so please go for following 1-lifestyle modification 2-regular brisk walking for at least 1 hour for at least 6 days a week or strenuous exercise for at least 5 days a week. 3-eat a balanced diet with 55% carbohydrates, 10% fats and 20% proteins 4-eat good amount of fibres and roughage diet 5-go for a complete lipid profile and complete sugar profile and attach report thanks.
