Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night, for further details feel free to contact.

Hello Lybrate user, Weight loss will be very effective or easy if given diet will close to your diet and feasible to follow. You may reduce simple carbs, and increase complex carbs and good protein like whole grain, Oats, salad soup, sprouts etc. Avoid gap in between 2meals.

To reduce belly fat you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water. Increase your protein intake as well Include fibre in your diet, take good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk food, refined cereals, packages, processes and fried food. Avoid all kind of sugary drinks included fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.

To reduce belly fat, you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water. Include good amount of Fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals, processes, package and fried food, sugary drinks along with fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc. Take fennel seed after your meal or you can take fennel seed water also.

HI, take high protein diet and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise and take same medicine SHATAVAR CHURNA+Aswagandha CHURNA 2-3gm twice a day with milk 3 month continue. Do not worry so avoid stress You will feel physically fit very soon.

Effective Tips To Reduce Obesity!

Obesity is the condition wherein a person has an excessive body weight as a result of genetic or lifestyle-related factors. This condition if not taken seriously can be life-threatening as obese people are at risk of developing chronic conditions like diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and may also lead to a heart attack. Hence it is crucial to undergo weight reduction.

Calculate the weight you need to lose
Before you begin to practice effective steps for losing weight consider the amount of weight you need to shed. You should first measure your current weight and then calculate your body mass index (BMI) to find the amount of deviation from the recommended range. Then consider the difference between your current and ideal weight as your target weight.

Tips For Losing Weight

1. Eat Right

  • Consult a nutritional expert- It all starts with the right diet. An Individual’s eating habits contribute significantly to his weight. If you are obese or overweight, then you should consult a health expert and have him prepare the appropriate diet based on your weight and body type.
  • Balanced diet- Make sure you have lean meats, fruits, and green leafy vegetables as part of your diet. Also, cut down on the amount of food you consume and your intake of sugar, salt, and fats gradually. Also, water is the best medicine since it flushes all the toxins out of your body. Make it a point to drink around 2 litres of water on a daily basis. It will help clean your system and also keep you feeling full and hydrated.
  • Regular meal time- Another effective tip is to eat regularly. If you skip meals, then your body starts storing excess fat to act as a reserve. If you eat regular meals in small portions, you not only slow down the fat storing process but also reduce the quantity of food you consume.
  • Healthy options- Moreover, switch immediately to the modern-day marvel that is green tea. This seems to be very effective as of late and is helping obese people greatly since it is rich in antioxidants. If you do not prefer green tea, then aloe vera juice is an even better alternative.

2. Exercise
An obese person needs to exercise regularly. If you find it difficult to do exercise, take baby steps. Start with easy sitting and lying exercises. Go out into the open such as a garden and perform these exercises early in the morning for just 10 minutes. As you build your stamina, increase the intensity gradually.

3. Manage stress
Shed some of that stress in your life as stress and weight are directly correlated. Lose out on stress, and you will also lose those extra pounds.

4. Don’t neglect sleep
Six to eight hours of sleep is essential for a healthy being. Insufficient sleep results in increased levels of cortisol. Cortisol is associated with weight gain.Hence, it becomes crucial to rest enough.

Combined action of exercise and diet will give you the proper fat burning. Do the cardio with tummy exercises like crunches, Twist crunches, Reverse crumbs, Lunge twist, The stomach vacuum, Rolling prank exercise, bending side to side etc. Beginning start with 20 min exercise and day by day increase the intensity and reach maximum one hour. With the exercise for a time period if there avoid the intake of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, pastries and sweets. Avoid heavy meals, divide main heavy 3 meals and take 6 small meals with 2.5 to 3 hours gap. Include all different colored vegetables and fruits, don't stick with a particular type of food. Include good source of proteins (egg, chicken, skimmed milk, fish, all pulses, legumes and beans.) in a healthy preparation. Calculate oil consumption of your house as 1/2 liter per person per month. Be regular in exercise and take at least 3 liter of water in a day.

Hi Lybrate-user, I would suggest you to incorporate foods rich in fiber like fruits, salad, oats, dalia etc and proteins that will help grow muscles and will help increase height like- milk, and milk products, soybean, pulses, nuts, tofu, soy milk, chicken, eggs, fish etc. Avoid junk and fried foods and eat a healthy and balanced diet, just do some exercises (like- jogging, brisk walk etc) and also some exercises that helps in height gain (like walking on toes, jumping on toes with hands straight up, swimming, play basket all, stretching exercises etc), Will help in height gain as well as weight loss. Hi, Include high fibre foods like whole grains, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits and skimmed milk, lean meat, skin out chicken, fish, salads, beverages like green tea, lemon tea, buttermilk. Avoid refined carbohydrates, oily and fried foods, butter, ghee, red meat, junk food, carbonated beverages. Its better to have small and frequent meals and this type of diet keeps you fit. It generally includes a 6 meal pattern where you will have breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, evening snack, Dinner and bed time snack. The break fast will be normal type as you wish, go for a fruit around 11 as a mid morning snack, lunch again can be of your choice, evening snack can be a oats porridge or sprouts and dinner again is of your choice but for weight management its better to replace major amount of carbohydrate with protein. Bed time snack can be milk or butter milk. Mid morning and evening snacks are interchangeable and you should mind your portions of each meal with healthy options. Stay hydrated all the time and take stairs instead of lift, if your office is near your residence prefer walking or cycling. Use honey and lemon in the morning which boosts your immunity and metabolism. Give a gap of 2 hours between dinner and sleep and start walking at least 20-30 minutes a day initially and you can extend it up to 1 hour depending on your tolerance.

Hi I am 26 years old and weight around 60 kgs. I have a chest pain from last 3 months at a particular point on left side mostly and when I put stress it increases in my whole lungs. It also increases at appetite and after eating food. I have done ECG, chest x-ray ,blood test, thyroid and ultrasound which all are normal. Hello lybrate-user, It seems you have need to cut down all fatty foods, like deep fried foods, refined foods (like refined wheat flour, instant soups etc). Since you are hypertensive, so I believe you are already in a proper diet with less amount of salt and no table salt. Also you should keep a check that if you have an oedema (one of the possible reason in your condition for bulky and/or heavy appearance). Other restrictions includes avoiding red meat, including all varieties of fruits and vegetables (avoid potassium rich fruits & vegetables too often). And for exercises, it depends upon your body stamina, first you need to build your body stamina and then you can workout satisfactorily. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you.
