I am 33. I have pain both knees from last 20 days. Is any early osteoporosis. Should I take calcium or some painkiller.

Calcium has nothing to do with knee pain. It's a wear and tear of the joint, so: don't bend your knee more than 90 degree. Do knee exercises use sports shoes.

It seems to be sciatica so have a good assessment of low back with a physio. In the mean time take rest and do hot fomentation.

Your main working posture is sitting so you have to correct your posture while working do walk and back, neck and abdominal strengthening exercise.

U need to 5 important points seriously to treat a injury
1. Support the part and avoid weight bearing
2. Use soft bandage and support
3. Use ice for 30 minutes after 3 hours for first 2 to 3 days
4. Elevate th part
5. Take mild pain killer.
