If you are using toothpaste first stop it. Some toothpaste had contents which causes mouth ulcers.

Bronchospasm is a sign of some airways disease. It may be temporary if it's allergic or seasonal bronchitis. It may be recurring in Asthma. It might be continuous or permanentin COPDs or smoker's lung. We can evaluate you with lung function tests etc. Ti know whether you need inhaler medicines temporarily or continuous.

AIR POLLUTION. Chemical preservative. Pesticides usage. Various causes. Immunotherapy and allied therapy or usage of nebulizer whenever required.
